Wonderful unit in a clean, secure building condo building. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked. Communication was great. Great place to come back and enjoy after beach and pool time. Fully ocean facing balcony. Enjoyed the condo.

So beautiful and amazing view

Had an amazing stay here. The condo is exactly as you see in the photos. Check-in/out was super easy and The View was spectacular! Ill definitely be coming back here for sure. Thanks Amanda for everything!! 10 Stars

Ocean front view and launches

Beautiful property. Comfy with fabulous views! We saw 2 launches! Super clean! Everything worked. We had trouble with the door and it was resolved quickly. Super great value and we would stay again!

Wonderful beach vacation

The unit was very nice, up to date, clean and overall very well stocked. Cute decor too! There were about four beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a few other items for the beach. Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral were wonderful and there were some great places to eat. We also went on a night time bioluminescence kayaking trip and saw a rocket launch. We would definitely stay again!

Great clean oceanfront condo. Recently renovated. We loved sitting outside on the balcony and being able to listen to the ocean waves. Easy access to the beach. Wonderful communication with the property management. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity to return to the area. Thank you for everything!

Simply awesome condo

This condo has everything you need for a home away from home at the beach. Great view too. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for our four adults as well as storage space. Fully equipped kitchen with extra cabinet space. Full size washer and dryer so you can travel home without the worry of catching up on laundry. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at Cocoa Beach!

Lovely place with a lovely view of the ocean. Love that we had more than just non-stick pans available to use. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed. The washer and dryer are great and decor was beautiful. Love that we had the beach chairs and umbrella. Only negatives were the sheets did not want to stay on the beds and the check in with grabbing a physical key a few miles away t unlock the door and then bringing that key back was a bit annoying.

Enjoyed our stay - Great service

Our unit had a beautiful ocean view. Building was clean and well maintained. The unit was nicely decorated and had all the things we needed, including beach equipment. The pool was very nice. Our A/C unit wasn't working properly, but after a call to Kelsey someone was there in less than 30 minutes to fix it. We appreciated the quick response. We plan to stay in the same unit our next trip to the Cape.

Great property!

We travelled to Space Coast for a weeklong baseball tournament over the July 4th holiday and this property offered all we seeded. Great layout for our family of 4, kitchen was perfect for meals in and we definitely used the washer and dryer in unit! All appliances were new and worked great. The finishes were all updated and there was a great beach vibe. We didn’t use the pool but the beach was nice for when we had some downtime between games and in the evenings. Saw several boats/ships coming in/out of port as well. We had no issues during our stay and our host communicated with us before, during and after. Would recommend!

Gorgeous Condo with Beautiful View

I stayed in unit 509 in Canaveral Towers and absolutely loved it. My experience started when I connected with Kelsy on the reservation. She was amazing to deal with, always very prompt in getting back to me whenever I had a question. The condo itself was beautifully decorated exactly as it appeared on the Stay in Cocoa Beach website, and actually, the pictures did not do it justice! The apartment was absolutely GORGEOUS! It was clean and spacious and provided all the amenities required for my stay including all anyone would need to enjoy a day at the beach. Most importantly, at least for me, was the beach & pool view. When I walked in, saw the view I was immediately happy. The apartment's open concept allows the view to be seen from various vantage points which makes for a truly wonderful stay. Thank you Kelsy and the Stay in Cocoa Beach team for a memorable stay and experience.

Happy with Stay

This location and unit was beautiful! The pictures can’t do it justice. Very happy with our stay. Do need to add that the master bathroom shower floor tile is extremely slippery. I don’t believe that time is intended for floors. Would caution use. I would make sure renters know that everything requires using your unit key- not just the elevators- the storage room for luggage carts; getting back on property from beach; and using water hose after coming from beach. Great communication from property manager! Do wish the key system was updated at the property to be able to get keys or use code at the property vs. going to another location to get key and having to return the key same day. Lots of back and forth when travelers want to get to location and settle in. I would still stay again.

Amazing stay!!!!

I can't say enough - everything was absolutely SUPERB! The condo is just as pictured and was the cleanest property I've ever been to. We loved the views of the ocean and pool from our balcony - even saw a rainbow while we were there. If you like rocket launches, you can see them from the beach too. Kelsey was absolutely incredible and answered every question within the hour if not within minutes!! We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a wonderful stay!! A+++++

Great Location on the beach

This property is nice as it's on the beach, but a couple blocks off the main road so it's very quiet. Unit was clean, recently updated, property is well tended to. Unit had everything you need plus beach accessories, was nice to not haul our own. Beach access is right next to the parking lot. If you plan on eating out, you do have to drive a little bit, 5-10 minutes as restaurants in the area are spread out. Happy we stayed at this location.

A Week's Stay At Cape Canaveral

The renovations were very nice. It was light and bright and had tremendous views of the ocean. My only complaint was there wasn't a closet in the secondary bedroom.

Wonderful clean place to stay. Our view was excellent!! Owners were excellent to work with and even e-mailed to make sure everything was okay on the first day! Pictures on website was exactly how it was. Only a few cons, which isn't the fault of the owner. The key box is old and it was hard getting the key back in the lock box. Lucky for us, a maintenance man was around and he helped us. The elevators wasn't the best. They broke down the first night we were there but was fixed right away. My boys didn't like how dark it was around the pool area and how it closed down at 6pm or so. We are used to the pool area being all bright at other places. I guess with talking to other people this is due to turtle season so no lights are allowed to be on close to the beach area. So if you have teenagers (15 yrs) wanting to swim after going out to dinner not a great place to stay. Maybe this is everywhere in Florida. Not sure, we haven't stayed in Florida much for spring breaks. My mom and I were bummed out the place didn't have a hot tub. (by the way, already knew this when booking. ) It has a nice flat place for one!! After our plane ride and getting settled in we could of used a nice hot tub to relax in. I guess not many places in Florida has hot tubs. Bummer! Overall the owners are wonderful and great clean place to go!!!! My mom and I would stay here again! If they ever decided to get a hot tub we for sure would be back!!!

Hi Jennifer, thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! Yes, there are no outside lights on the beach side of properties due to our turtle nesting season. It is a city bylaw to not have any unnatural light on the shoreline! The pool closes at dusk so in the spring/summer months that is now closer to 9 pm. I will gladly suggest to the building about adding a hot tub! Thanks again, we look forward to having you back!
