The living room features a sectional with an 85-inch TV, providing a spacious seating area for the whole family to relax. This central gathering space creates a welcoming atmosphere for gathering and entertaining. Adjacent to the living room the spacious dining room , perfect for hosting memorable meals with family and friends.

Embedded movie theater for 15 persons, outside next to the pool there is one more, where you can soak with a cocktail and enjoy Netflix series or soccer match right within the pool.

## Outdoor Area

The outdoor space of this property is an oasis for embracing outdoor living. The spacious 2 acres backyard allows for outdoor activities and cherished moments with loved ones. The crystal blue pool 20/45 provide a serene environment to relax and unwind. There are 3 pools in the property:

The master bedroom boasts elegant furnishings, a king-sized bed, a 110-inch screen and smart projector, and a modern cozy bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. It also includes a spacious closet to store your belongings. The Four other bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with each having their own closet. Fifth bedroom has king size bed.
The property features six bathrooms, equipped with tubs and showers, and fully stocked with towels and essential toiletries. Every detail has been carefully crafted to provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests. In the living room half bathroom is located. Outside in a patio full bathroom with shower. Also we have 2 showers outside near pool, to clean dogs, kids and yourself after running around .

Restrictions & House Rules
Please treat our home and our peaceful neighborhood with respect.

Pool: DO NOT touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Contact the host immediately with any issues.

Late Checkout: A minimum $150 fee will be charged for check-outs after 11:00 AM unless previously approved by the host.

Child Safety: This home is not childproofed. Children must be supervised at all times.

Cleaning & TVs: No daily cleaning is included. All TVs are ROKU Smart TVs for streaming (no cable).

Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking inside the home and no marijuana.

Noise Policy: Music outside until 8 pm. No parking on the grass of the neighboors' houses or the house you are renting. By booking, you agree that if police are called for noise or a party, you will be charged a minimum $500 fee and your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.

Events: We allow certain events (baby showers, kids birthdays, proposal, wedding etc.) with prior host permission. Adults events after 27. You must inform us of the guest count before booking. Event pricing may vary, and a 2-night minimum stay is required. (No teenage parties).
