The accommodations were everything we hoped and more!

The One Legged Seagull was super. It was clean, well maintained, well equipped for a beach stay and more. It's only a few steps to the beach and the Destiny By The Sea community is so nice. The floor plan was perfect for our large family and the second floor living/kitchen area is awesome. We were super pleased with Warren Rentals and communication with them was easy. We loved the property!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just returned from the most amazing week in Destin, Florida! The house was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully decorated, spacious, and right on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or view. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise. The realtor company we worked with was incredible from start to finish — professional, kind, and quick to respond to any question we had. They made everything so smooth and stress-free, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy every minute of our stay. We’re already talking about when we can come back — it was everything we hoped for and more!

Great week stay with family

Home is just as advertised and we had a range of ages from 3 to 50 for a week stay. I would recommend getting the elevator for elder use. Home was cozy with modern interior decor touches! The balconies are so a vibe for dining or evening hang outs. The game area was a great use for our gamer boys.

This place was wonderful. We had a family of 15 and it had plenty of room for all of us. I loved the bunk rooms for the grandkids. The kitchen was supplied with everything that was needed. The house was very close to the beach. A real easy walk. The place is beautiful. The only downside is I would put TVs in all the bedrooms. Some of them do not have TVs.We will stay here again.

Summer getaway

We absolutely loved this property! The location was amazing with being so near to the beach entrance. Each staircase had a gate which was ideal for our toddlers. Beautiful property with everything and more that you would need in the kitchen to cook and serve food. Literally the only thing needing improvement was that the grill needed to be cleaned as it smoked pretty easily. But that was very minor. We will definitely be back.

as close to perfect as you can get

Just got back from a two week stay and as part of that stayed in this home. The neighborhood here is really nice. It’s guarded 24 hours a day and has a big private beach so it was not crowded at all. The house was just a couple of homes from the beach boardwalk and had a great heated pool. The family had plenty of room and the house was just perfect. I don’t know what more I can really say other than we loved it.

we were so excited to be one of the first to stay in this home. Warren Beach rental staff told us that it had never been rented and really look like a brand new house on the inside and they were so on the mark everything in the house is high-quality. The views are absolutely breathtaking and we had the absolute best time. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was pristine, the cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in for sure.Rent this home with the utmost confidence!Thank you again for letting us stay here in this special place. We can’t wait to return. We have found our home away from home.!

From the moment we arrived at *The One Legged Seagull*, we knew we were in for a special stay. The home was in immaculate condition—every bit as perfect and beautiful as the photos had promised. It was clear that great care had been taken to prepare the space, and we felt instantly at home.One of the highlights was the incredible location—just a quick two-minute walk to the beach. Having such easy access to a private beach made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise.Shortly after we arrived, we noticed a couple of small items in the kitchen that were damaged. We notified the owner, simply to make them aware—and were genuinely impressed when those very items were delivered to our front porch the very next day. It was an unexpected gesture that went above and beyond, showing a true commitment to excellent hospitality.We can’t wait to return for our next family vacation. *The One Legged Seagull* has become a new favorite, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Home with Easy Beach Access

This home is beautifully decorated. Lots of space for the family to spread out. The kitchen and wet bars (there were 2) were nicely equipped. The views from the 2nd level and especially 3rd level balconys were beautiful. The sound of the ocean and waves were perfect. Relaxing with a glass of wine or cold margarita was a great way to cap off our evenings on the balcony. Although my husband loved his cup of coffee on the 3rd floor balcony each morning looking and the ocean and listening to the waves. The access to the beach is about 70 feet from the house. We loved that the beach was private and secure. The ocean was a beautiful turquoise and blue color while we were here. The community has a heated pool and spa which was a quick 3 minute walk from the house and great for the kids. Working with the management company was easy. They made the stay pretty effortless. Oh, and the Crab Trap restaurant is just about a 10 minute walk on the beach. We love that place! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!
