Best Vacation Ever as spoken by our 3 grandkids. Everything was as described in the ad and the staff were remarkable in how quick they responded to any questions we had. The house was wonderful with the right amount of rooms so we weren't on top of each other and had a bathroom attached. There was plenty of dishes, towels, glasses and cookware for the week. The view was amazing. We've stayed at several different houses in the complex and this was the best one yet. Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect beach house

This is the third year we have stayed at Villa St. Marie in Destiny by the Sea. It is a private community which makes you feel safe. The house is massive. Perfect for extended family vacations. Beds are comfortable and house is well equipped. We have such a good time staying at this property.

Best location!

The house was perfect for us and the location is what we loved most. Beautiful views of the ocean and a quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Need to plan for only one way in and out of the property with a pool alarm on the door (always having to navigate a sensitive alarm). Plan for having the gas grill on the first floor out by the garage and garbage cans and kitchen and dining are on second floor. Need to ensure you plan for your beach chair service as that is not included. Great location to access the beach. Property is easy to get to and quiet area. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Convenient having an elevator.

Villa St Marie

Our vacation at the Villa St Marie house was everything we dreamed of. The very large house in Destiny By the Sea is clean, decorated nicely, with very few steps to the sea. We really enjoyed the private pool and elevator too. The house was in immaculate condition and filled all our vacation needs. Thank you so much & we hope to visit again!

Our family had a wonderful experience at Villa St Marie! It's a beautiful house with plenty of space that's in a perfect location with regards to beach access. We loved the private pool and all of the porch/balcony spaces for relaxing and enjoying the view. We will be back!!

Another Good Time....

This was our 2 stay at Villa St Marie in 3 year's. Cant say enough about the location! The addition of the pool was huge...!! The family really enjoys the layout and everything seems to be kept up pretty well for a nice beach rental.

Exceptional!!

This house and location was exceptional. My family and I love everything about it. Every room in the house was perfect, the pool and balconies were amazing and the view of the ocean and short walk to the private beach was incredible. I highly recommend this home and location for your next vacation. Absolutely loved every minute of our time.

Villa St. Marie, the Perfect Vacation Home

This house was straight out of a fairytale! It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the private pool, it was definitely the cherry on top. Access to the beach was directly across the street and they are absolutely stunning. By far the most beautiful beachs in Florida! The management team was super helpful and attentive, making sure our stay was nothing short of magical. We will definitely be returning here for another vacation.

Fantastic!!!!

This was the perfect home for our family. The set up was great for grandparents to stay on the main floor and our other families along with kids to take the other floors. Even better the location to the beach was a huge plus for us. In the photos it looks a little further away and when we arrived we were so excited to see how it was really just a few steps away to the private beach. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home and awesome location

This is the first time we have stayed in this particular home, but have vacation the last four summers prior at a different home in this neighborhood. We thought we would change it up and we are glad we did. Beautiful home great floor plan and incredible location directly across from the boardwalk to the beach. we enjoyed our stay and will more than likely book this property again next year.

Amazing!!!

This house is perfect for multiple families with kids! It was our second year in this house and with the pool and proximity to the beach we will keep coming back. Our experience with Diamond Gulf Rentals has been great! I love that they communicate via text and they are super quick to respond and provide helpful reminders about the community rules. We absolutely love it here!
