Hacienda Mar Y Sol is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom waterfront pool home that accommodates up to 7 guests. This home has custom craftsmanship inside and out! The moment you step inside you feel like you're at an Italian resort in Indian Rocks Beach Florida! The exceptional rock work starts off with the granite countertops surrounding the gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The first bathroom has an oversized river rock shower with waterfall shower heads and a separate soaking tub, while the second bathroom has walls of layered shale rockwork. Throughout this open floor plan, you will find luxury amenities assuring you a memorable stay. A wall of sliding doors leads you to the extraordinary outdoor pool area featuring 2 levels of sun, shade, dining, and relaxation! Pool loungers are placed on the wading deck and outdoor fire pit with a dining table and lounge chairs. Wrap around the outdoor kitchen with 6 barstools. The spiral staircase leads you to the viewing deck where you can catch sunsets and sunrises each day. On the second floor, there is the hot tub, farm swing, and a sun bed. On many occasions, you will see the dolphins frolicking in the intercoastal waterway. Make wonderful memories and return to Hacienda Mar Y Sol year after year!
Kitchen: Granite countertops, copper sink, extra long island with seating for 6, extra large stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig Duo coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, microwave, deep fryer, and an instapot. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Table with 6 chairs and bench.
Breakfast Nook: Table with 2 chairs and 2 benches, slider to the outdoor pool area, TV, and swing chair.
Living Area: Large leather reclining sectional sofa, coffee table, 2 end tables, fireplace, TV, ceiling fan, remote control shades, and a wall of sliding glass doors.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, bay window with reading nook, TV, a roll-out single cot in the closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity, step-in shower with dual shower heads, washer, and dryer in the bathroom closet, Jack & Jill door from the bathroom to kitchen.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, dresser, night table, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2 (Jack & Jill ensuite): Double vanity, soaking tub, step-in shower with dual shower heads.
Bedroom #3: King-size bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, TV, and sliding glass door to the pool area.
Outdoors: Pool (not heated), spiral staircase leading to the hot tub on the upper deck, swing, chaise loungers, table with firepit with 4 chairs, fan, outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and grilling station, bar with chairs, resort-style seating, dock with bistro table and 2 chairs and a lounger.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows for 3-4 parking spaces on the property depending on the size of the vehicles. No street or grass parking.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint coastal town with beautiful laid-back beaches, plenty of local retail shops, watersport rentals, restaurants, and sweet shops. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well. Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
