Welcome to Sunrise Serenity on 12th, the perfect destination for your Florida vacation! With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious waterfront pool home has room for the whole family to spread out after a long day of adventure, or gather and spend quality time with a delicious, home-cooked meal and game night. Don't miss out on the opportunity to book this beautiful, tranquil home!
Ground Floor
Outdoors: Beautiful poolside oasis with a heated pool, a hot tub, plenty of sunlounders, lounge chairs, and a gas grill.
Garage / Bathroom #5: Converted into a nice, cool pool room with a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and standing shower
Second Floor
Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer combo with a water/ice dispenser, a six-burner stove/oven with overhead hood, a built-in microwave drawer, a dishwasher, a sink, and a Keurig. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided.
Dining: Dining table with 6 chairs, 6 barstools at the breakfast bar, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony overlooking the intracoastal and stairs leading down to the pool area.
Living Area: Large sectional sofa with plenty of comfortable pillows, a wall-mounted TV with sound bar, and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom #1: Full-over-Queen bunk bed, ceiling fan, bedside lamps, and closet space.
Bathroom #1: Toilet, sink with extra counter space, and tiled standing shower.
Bedroom #2: King-size bed with nightstands with lamps, sitting chairs, ceiling fan, closet space, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Single sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo with detachable showerhead.
Third Floor
Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, and a full-over-full bunk bed, closet space, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #3 (En-Suite): Sink with extra counter space, toilet, and standing shower with bench and detachable showerhead.
Bedroom #4: (2) King-size beds, nightstands with lamps, a sitting chair, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the backyard and intracoastal, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #4: Sink with vanity, water closet, and a large, double shower with a bench.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, counter space, and a sink.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows for around 6-7 parking spots, depending on the size of the vehicles. No street or grass parking permitted.

Nearby is a small shopping plaza with famous seafood at Keegan's Seafood Grille, pizza at Chicago Jaxx, a hair salon, and a boutique and beach shop. Bike rental and board rentals are also available in the area. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
