Beautiful spacious home offers breathtaking views overlooking Bass Lake. With its elevated position, this residence combines luxury and serenity, featuring spacious living areas, large windows to showcase the scenery. Perfect for entertaining or retreating into nature. This property offers four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and lots of living space. A large deck provides breathtaking views of Bass Lake. Small dogs allowed. Dogs cannot be left on the premises. This home has a NEW HOT TUB to enjoy.
With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.
You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.
This stunning two-story home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an array of inviting living rooms and a cozy sitting room perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Nestled near picturesque Bass Lake, the home boasts spectacular views. Ideal for families or those who love hosting, this property combiners elegance, functionality, and breathtaking scenery in one remarkable package.
A large deck provides the perfect space to relax, entertain, or soak in the sounds of nature creating a seamless connection between luxury living and the great outdoors.
The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
i. Number of occupants to a property are stated on the reservations. Should Bass Lake Home Rentals become aware that Guests have more people in the home than are specified in the Rental Agreement will result in eviction.
ii. No loud parties are allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
iii. No Fireworks. Fireworks are not permitted at any time.
iv. Two small dogs are allowed in this home with an additional deposit. Cannot be left on premises. Barking dogs not controlled will have to be removed immediately!
v. Indoor and Outdoor Furniture is not to be moved
vi. Special events, large gatherings are prohibited without prior approval.
vii. Tents, campers, RV Trailers and/or motor homes are not to be hooked up or used on the property. Electric vehicles cannot be charged or plugged into properties electricity.
viii. Parking is limited to the available space on the property. Parking on neighboring lots or blocking of roads are not allowed.
ix. Firearms are not permitted on the premises at any time.
x. Illegal Drugs- Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only. Any other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.
xi. NO OUTDOOR FIRES: If advertised that the property contains a gas grill, contact management if the proper operation of such item is not fully understood. A responsible adult must always be present during use and ensure that the gas grill is turned off.
** This property does have outdoor cameras. There are no cameras indoors and no cameras face indoors. These cameras are for safety purposes.
