ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
• Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress
• Well-equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances
• Keurig, French press, pour-over and drip coffee options and tea kettle. Locally-sourced organic coffee and teas, sweeteners and creamer are provided.

• We DO NOT ALLOW guests to bring PETS to our property. Please do not ask. Our rural property is not fenced. We regularly have wild animals such as coyotes, bobcats and mountain lions come through our property. We have chosen not to allow guests to bring pets to our property for safety reasons.
• There are no curtains on the entry door. However, there are curtains in the bedroom space.
• The studio is located on the top of a hill. It can get very windy.
• The studio is on the lower floor of a 2-story structure. A workshop located above the studio.
• There is a personal workshop located above this space. We will make every effort to keep noise to a minimum and inform you if we expect to make excessive noise.

GUEST ACCESS:
Level 2 EV charger is located in our garage. Tesla owners please bring an adapter. Please let us know before check-in if you will need to use the charger. We will make the charging cable available so you can charge when you arrive.

We have a pool, but due to liability concerns, it will not be available for unsupervised use. The pool has a code-protected pool cover for safety. To reiterate, the use of the pool and spa IS NOT INCLUDED with the rental.

HOUSE RULES:
• Please take care to drive slowly when approaching the property. We have two small dogs and a cat that reside here. They may be outside when you arrive. There are often deer and other wildlife as well.
• Please observe quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
• There is a pool on the property. A code-controlled pool cover covers it. However, due to liability concerns, unsupervised use of the pool is not included with the rental. To reiterate, the use of the pool and spa IS NOT INCLUDED with the rental.
• Smoking is NOT PERMITTED INSIDE the studio nor near open doorways or windows. This includes marijuana and vaping.
• No burning of candles.
• Other than barstools, please do not move furniture.
• We are on a septic system. Do not flush feminine products, "flushable" wipes, floss, trash or anything other than toilet paper.
• This is an awesome place to stay for couples or a few friends, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you. No parties allowed.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have 1 camera located on the main house porch. There are 2 cameras located outside on corners of the garage. There is 1 camera at the top of the stairs to the shop. There is 1 camera/motion light located above the patio. All cameras will be recording audio and video 24/7.
