Prepare to be absolutely AMAZED as you take in the breathtaking beach views and mesmerizing sunsets from Unit 723âs living area windows, and the balcony. Wake up early to take in the sunrises from just outside the front door. This is a west-facing top floor penthouse âsecond from endâ unit which is considered the VERY BEST beach and jetties views in the complex. You will be mesmerized watching the dolphins âsurfingâ the waves, the boats going in and out of the harbor, and other interesting marine life from your unrivaled, completely unobstructed view. If you sit on the balcony for a bit, you will love seeing the flocks of pelicans soaring by so close you can see their eyes, or possibly osprey with a fish in their talons.
