La chambre principale offre un lit king size avec un nouveau matelas «Beautyrest Black». La chambre a un lit queen; et le salon a un canapé-lit queen. Un pack n jouer pour votre bébé est également fourni (pack n feuilles non fournies, veuillez apporter les vôtres).

Mobilier de haute qualité tout au long de Restoration Hardware et Pottery Barn. Short walk to the beach

Unit is exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. Easy access to beach. Only complaint: if you plan to cook there, bring your own pans

New Year’s Vacation

This was our first time in Destin, FL and it was excellent. The Condo was in a perfect location and our condo has the best view and location on the property. Clean felt safe and very roomy for what we needed. Would definitely come back to this property.

Weekend Get-A-way

Great area yet close to everything. Check in was easy and early. Loved the shopping carts they provide to cart all your stuff because the walk was quite away from the elevator to the unit. Decor was cute, master bed comfortable, but spare bed hard. Didn’t use the sofa sleeper. Kitchen was well equipped.Coffee makes used basket filters, don’t forget them. Frig front door was rusted as some other metal parts probably due to the salt air. Cleanliness’s could have been a bit better. Could use a new paint job and baseboards were very dirty. Understand as a rental it gets a lot of use, but a good deep clean would help. Saying this we loved the unit and would return again. Plenty of room, but Cox internet was intermittent at times. No connect the first day there.

Nice location, not very clean

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location right on the beach. The decor was cute. The cleanliness was not what it should have been. The hard surfaces had not been wiped down. There was dust all over the lamps, hanging light fixtures and vents. The walls and doors had stuff that also should have been wipes down. Otherwise, it had a great view of the ocean and was convenient to the stairs going to the parking lot and beach.

Absolutely Wonderful

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Great location that's not as busy, and walking the beach is beautiful down by the jetty and harbor. Complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus.

Worst Patio Furniture

I went back and read some of the previous reviews, and realize it’s been known for quite a while, that the patio furniture is the WORST and not usable! How could this be not be replaced when it’s been an issue? Also, advertising this as recently remodeled is false. There are holes in the walls, the couch actually sinks so far down that you need to put pillows under them, and the bathroom rack falls off the wall! The location is great, but this is not what we expected!

Great vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay here! Our unit was clean, well equipped and recently updated. The only negative thing I can say about the unit was the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. The wooden table and chairs are very unstable and the other chairs had rust. Didn’t impact our trip and would still stay in this unit again, would’ve just been nice to be able to utilize the balcony better.

Clean and comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really felt at home in this condo. It was very clean (I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness of condos), the furniture was comfortable, the condo was spacious and the decor modern and updated. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only thing I would suggest is better kitchen tools. We had to buy a pan to cook in as the one in the condo was in bad shape and food was burning. There is a really nice dry bar but no wine bottle opener. So a few more and nicer kitchen items would be good. Also some better tall chairs on the balcony. The two there are wooden and falling apart and the other chairs are so low you can’t see over the railing. The noise from the pool at night is a bit loud when sitting on the balcony But having said all that, we would most definitely stay here again as the negatives are only minor and we really enjoyed our stay there. With it being only 3 fights up we could use the stairs instead of the elevators which was really nice. We enjoyed the location of this condo as well as it is in a less busy part of Destin.

Great location / so much fun !

We are huge Destin people from Texas and have traveled to this beach several times. This was our first time staying on this end of Destin We absolutely loved it. Perefct location around several activities. The Condo was absolutely adorable and had the perfect beachy vibe. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to use the elevator, but also was easy to use the stairs as well. The little extra amenities on the site made it fun for our family . And the view from our room was amazing. Perfect location for a family forsure.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Holiday Surf & Raquet club for over 20 years in different condos. I love the views and locations. I always read condo reviews and was a little surprised it got so many 5 star reviews and talked about how clean it was. Several dishes had been put away dirty. Both can openers, electric and hand held did not work. The stove was hard to figure out because you can’t read the settings, like high or low, anymore. We never could get the tv to work in the living room. I understand we were at the beach and we really did make the best of it. I just know there are much nicer condos there that are clean and well equipped that I will choose next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description said "recently updated" but it's actually been several+ years. Furnishings tasteful, beds very comfortable, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, but needs maintenance. Finally got the ac working after 2 service calls. Towel rack torn off wall in master bath, not cleaned well, light bulbs burned out. Spilled a cup of water on the floor and wiped with towel that was then black with dirt. Dining chair cushions were very dirty. Needs a good deep cleaning. Patio furniture was terrible. Rusted and got on the towels and suits we laid out to dry. Would recommend composite materials for outdoor furniture. Staff was great and ac service people were great.
