This was the perfect place to stay when I was in town for both a work conference and the LA Marathon. Plenty of space, nice amenities and walking distance to the convention center.

Ab&b conveniently located to shops. Room had everything needed. Very clean and that fact that it had free parking across the street was great.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything in the unit was clean and orderly. The free parking was very convenient and saved us lots of . A real five star experience!!

The host is only responsive during there work hours. We were locked out of the apartment at 6:20 am due to a consistent problem with the smart lock and they could not be reached until 7:30. We checked out early because we had planned to be out late that night and could not count on the lock working and did not want to be locked out over night. We had issues with lock upon arrival and it consistently spoke to us saying it could not lock, although the door was locked.Also of note the apartment is clean”ish” not super clean. It is not in a good neighborhood a good neighborhood for walking like other areas in DTLA.

Pam, I say this with all respect; some people should only stay in hotels. You clearly are one of them. The only problem with the lock was you. I cannot make someone understand how to use a smart lock. I also cannot make someone understand that if you call us at 6:30 in the morning, yes, we might be asleep. We are not a hotel. What you didn't do was call VRBO who could have gotten me on the phone 24 hours a day. No, you instead improperly tried the lock a couple of times and then decided to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes till you came back and it magically worked just fine. Then you used this excuse to try and get out of the last day of your stay because you didn't have the ability to simply press 4 numbers into a digital keypad and hit the checkmark. Again, stay in hotel. They are used to people who can't do anything for themselves.

Exactly as advertised. Really enjoyed seeing a full moon from the roof next to the pool. Security was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The host was also available and responsive. The only downside was a party in an adjacent property which lasted late into the night.
