Fully remodeled view condo located in one of North Portland's best kept secrets. Tucked away in a secluded location between St John's Cathedral Park and the University of Portland. Sweeping unobstructed river, valley and city views. Enjoy sunrise to sunset and stunning views off your living room, primary bedroom and private deck.
At the condo you'll find free parking, en-suite laundry, modern heating and air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, dining table and kitchen island, high speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with amazing views. The second bedroom has a cozy queen size bed and a small desk.
There is a beautiful community clubhouse available for you to use with large community rooms, deck and pool table. The pool is heated and open year round.
St. Johns is a historic neighborhood located in North Portland, at the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia rivers. Downtown St. Johns offers a wide and eclectic array of dining and entertainment. Beautiful Cathedral Park is just down the road as is picturesque St. Johns Bridge. There are numerous parks in the area and the University of Portland is just down the road. Cathedral Coffee is short walk away.

I'm from Seattle where I've hosted a short term rental for more than 10 years. My sister and I co-host this condo in Portland for our parents who purchased the condo a little over a year ago. My sister lives 1/2 mile away and acts as the on site host and neighborhood expert. This condo is a family affair, and we've put great care into ensuring everything is perfect for our guests.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
St. Johns is the quintessential Portland neighborhood. Very residential and family oriented with a good dose of funky cafes and bars, food carts, and amazing parks. Close to the largest urban park in the US, Forest Park and Cathedral Park, two of the best parks in Portland. Downtown St. Johns has everything you need, and there is a New Seasons and Fred Meyer. You're also a short hop away from downtown and Vancouver just across the river.

Sitting atop a bluff overlooking the Wilamette, the condo is nestled in a secluded enclave apart from the bustle of the city, but still close to everything. The 270 degree view from the deck looks out over the Willamette toward Forest Park and south toward downtown Portland.
The condo is extremely quiet and private. It's on the top floor so there are no footsteps above, and offset from the neighboring condo walls so there is very little noise bleed, in a community where residents are very quiet and respectful of neighbors. It's a long way from any major road, so it's silent at night except for the occasional train, and you'll hear birds in the morning outside your window.
There are tons of windows to let in light at all times of day and the interior is clean and well appointed. There is one free covered parking spot and additional free parking in a lot nearby. And the community clubhouse is spacious and lightly used with games, pool table, private rooms and large outdoor patio as well as a small pool and sprawling lawn.
