This was such an amazing property and perfect for a family meetup with six adults and four kids. The house is in great condition with modern amenities and upgrades, everything was clean and easy with abundant entertainment options everywhere. We had a blast!

We didn’t get informed how to get in but we got a call within five minutes of messaging the host. We were without power for seven hours and the kitchen was electric but we later learned the game room had a gas stove which would have been nice to know earlier. A book about the best way to get to the beaches and warnings about driving on the beach without 4wd would have been nice. We had a marvelous time with four adults all with our own rooms and cooking meals for each other.

This was our second time staying here and it was wonderful. We loved the addition of the hot tub, pool table and ping pong table for added fun! Super clean and well thought out for guests! We’ll be back!

Beautiful, spacious home. We watched bald eagles out the big picture windows every morning and sunsets from the beach every evening. The kids loved the game room. My teenagers beat me in ping pong and my wife beat me in pool, but my 90’s video game skills put everyone to shame on the vintage Mortal Kombat arcade. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

We had the best time at this home! It is perfectly located close to town in a private setting with just a short private path away from the beach! With all the amenities and comfort of home plus the extras of a fun vacation like a game room and family room for the kids! Hosts were quick to respond and super accommodating. We recommend this home and will be back!

I wanted to say we had a wonderful time and we made lots of memories. Everyone agreed that the jacuzzi was a hit. We all had some time to warm up. Everyone had a place and space to go to when they needed their space. The kitchen is set up where we all could cook. There was 10 of us to feed and we could easily move around. We took our shoes off at the door and it was a wonderful home to come back to for a week. Thank you.

There were 6 adults and 4 kids on a long weekend for a family vacation.Pros: the property was as pictured on the website. It was well stocked and a short walk to the beach. There was a peek-a-view ocean view. It is quite lovely.Cons: we had several things that needed fixing, which is also understandable. Upon check in, none of the 3 arcade games were working. We made a call and the property manager offered to come out. She said she would arrive within the hour, and 2 hours later, it took a second phone call and she arrived. She tried her best, was on the phone with the owner, and was unable to fix the games. She said, someone from the arcade in Long Beach would be out that same night to look at them, but no one showed and no phone call.The propane tank on the bbq was low and we asked for a replacement and was told she would drop it off, first thing in the morning. Noon, the next day, no tank, so a second message was sent, and it was dropped out shortly, thereafter.At this point, our faith in their follow through was in question.The downstairs shower had a leak from the shower head spraying on the ceiling. We had to wrap a towel around it for a temporary fix.We also had a leak from under the kitchen sink, that our son, was able to fix. I did send them a private message re: all the issues that occurred and that need to be fixed, and there was no response from the owner or property manager.Communication is key with rentals. For this reason, we would not rent here again.

This house was exactly as described and fit our group of 10 perfectly. The bunk room was great for the kiddos and we loved the easy walk to the beach. The hot tub was clean and warm, the pool and ping pong tables were a hit with the fam, and the modern updates to the house lended to the vacation feel. We’ll be back!

Our VBRO rental was as beautiful as shown in the photos. Finding our exact home was not clear. An arrow for our address would have been helpful. Two cabins, instead of one for our party of nine, gave everyone bunking options. Enough games and activities kept three 8 - 16 yr olds entertained for the full five days of cloudy, windy weather (plus some beach time). Seven working TV sets were enough for us! The dining area was made for 6, but the cupboards were stocked for many more. We staggered eating times or three of us stood at the island. We missed the availability of a full family sit down meal. Our hosts were terrific! Three fully antlered bucks within a few feet were both startling and thrilling. Best photo op ever! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Great access to the beach through a private path. Warning, there are ticks on the path though!! They were waiting on the shoots of grass to climb up on us, gross. That is not a reflection of the property itself though. The house is clean, was well labeled and has a great layout. Many convenient features like a towel warmer and rainfall shower. The hot tub was all heated and ready to use, which is MUCH appreciated!

What an amazing place!! The decorations in the house are absolutely gorgeous, beds are comfortable and the place is stocked to the brim with everything you could need. The house was super clean, so much space for everyone-- we fit six adults and 3 kids comfortably. The hot tub looked brand new and was very well maintained and the game room was a blast!
