Excellent Stay

My family and I had an amazing time during our stay. We loved that the location was so close to public access entrance to the beach. The pool was so clean and the balconies are so nice and relaxing!

Great family home to vacation in!

My husband and I and the kiddos enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Such a short walk to the beach, and the home has a pool! Great location in PC, as well!

The house was a great property! Upon arrival Saturday, there were some maintenance issues and Kriston from Avant was in constant communication to get those resolved. By Wednesday everything was repaired except the ice maker. Kriston texted me to advise she had put in an order for compensation for the days we didn’t have what we needed and assured me that was not this standard and apologized again. Overall the house was great, we had a wonderful time and Kriston went above to ensure we were happy! Would recommend the property a d Avant !

We had a few visitors(waterbugs and roaches) the property is near water could be the reason for the activity however when contacted avant stay they sent the exterminator. The primary bath shower leaked onto floor because it was not sealed ,which was a hazard condition.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay. Location to beach access was perfect. Beach was quiet. Wagon with beach chairs & umbrella was added bonus. House, backyard, and pool exceeded our expectations. Peaceful and spacious. Third floor living space was fun for the kids stocked and with games. Couches were large and comfortable. Small drink fridge in eat in kitchen nice to have. No ice maker but grocery stores are nearby. Highly recommend this property.
