Downstairs there is the large, well appointed kitchen with a breakfast nook, sizable formal dining room, living room with a brand new pullout sofa bed, full bath with tub and a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: 1) king bed 2) queen bed 3) extra long twin built in nook room. Additionally there is a full bath with a large shower and a TV room with a balcony and SUPER cozy couch. Outdoors there is a wrap around front porch with seating & the back has outdoor dining with a BBQ! The entire home is furnished in tasteful period antiques mixed beautiful with contemporary pieces.... The neighborhood is upscale, quiet and historic! Guest access: The entire place is yours during your stay! We have a 3 car maximum and encourage guests to use the driveway in the back of the house to park. Parking in front of the house is permissible ~ it is on-street parking (first come first serve). Other things to note: Located within walking distance of The Bridge of Lions, King Street, St, George Street, restaurants, Flager College, Lightner Museum, Via Zarayda Museum, Castillo de San Marcos (the fort), and beautiful Magnolia avenue. BEACHES! Just an 8 minute drive to some of the most gorgeous, wide, easy access beaches in Florida!
