Bedroom 2: Offers 2 luxurious queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 3: Includes a large California king-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 4: Features a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 5: The ultimate kids' dream! This room features a queen-size bed, a twin-size trundle bed, and 3 triple bunks, sleeping 12 total. The room also includes a flat-screen TV and games.
For families with little ones, the home provides a pack-and-play and a highchair.

Kitchen: The custom gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal. You'll find both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig machine.

Relax Outside with Resort-Style Amenities: Unwind in the sparkling pool, enjoy evenings by the firepit, or take a peaceful stroll by the "Open non-fenced" serene pond. The back porch features a BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy an outdoor dinner.

Pool: The pool is not heated. Many guests often swim May - October as it is naturally warmed.

Spa: The spa can be heated upon request.

Parking: There is parking available for up to 15 vehicles, and the home includes an EV charging system.

If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Although issues are rare, due to the nature of the spa, we cannot guarantee its use during your stay. The pool is cleaned & maintained once per week (Wednesdays) by a local pool company. They will at times make a follow up visit the next day to make sure everything looks great. Since we cannot control or guarantee their immediate assistance on pool issues we recommend you do not book the home based solely on the use of the pool.

Please do not exceed the occupancy of 22 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
