A community pool is currently being built and is expected to be ready by Summer 2025! (No firm opening date has been released yet.)

Located just a short walk from the beach, you can easily access the sand and surf for a day of fun in the sun. There is ample parking with 4 carport spaces and 4 gravel lot spaces in front of the home.

Included: WIFI, Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. The outdoor area of this house has a smart TV for more outdoor entertainment, as well as kayaks and paddle boards for a great outdoor adventure experience on the sound!

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
