We want to be upfront of what this house can offer and cannot offer. A few things to note:
— Our neighborhood has a community gate. Our house has a yard gate. Both gates add additional security. — Pool and Spa are a community shared space. About 5-minute walk from the house. — No swimming towels provided outdoors for hygiene concerns; please use bath towels as swimming towels — No BBQ grill. — No remote garage opener is provided, and you can easily open the garage from indoors. — No mailbox services, but you can receive packages if delivered to our door. — No oversized RV / trailer / U-hall parking: It is prohibited by the homeowner association to park oversized RV and trailer on our driveway and street. — We could NOT accommodate late checkouts due to the cleaning schedule. ______________
Other Things to Note
All guests making a reservation agree to our house rules as follows:
— POOL KEY: Guest will need the pool key to access the heated community pool and spa. Please return the key to its original place after each use. Loss or misplacement of the pool key will result in $100 reissue fee.
— FRONT GATE KEY: Guest will need the key to enter from the front gate. Please return the key to its original lockbox before leaving the property. Loss or misplacement of the front gate key will result in $100 reissue fee.
— NO SMOKING: We have a very strict no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike). Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.
— PUT TRASH IN BAG: Unbagged trash is extremely hard to take out and will be subject to an extra cleaning fee of $100.
— PET RULES: Max. of 2 pets and service animals ($79 per pet, per stay) are allowed inside the property. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property. No pets are allowed in bed. Our yard is fully fenced for your pets to roam, but please do clean up after your pets. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. Any trace of pet pollution (from poop, pee, and fur) will be subject to a $200 additional cleaning fee. Any pet damage (to furniture, flooring, walls, etc.), once found, will be subject to replacement or repair costs.
— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Maximal number of guests allowed is 6, with additional fees added from 4 guests. $500 fine against the rule. Police will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.
— QUIET HOURS: 8 pm to 8 am. Keep outside noise low during this time and please move conversations inside. The home is located in a family neighborhood and is only suitable for families, business professionals, and quieter groups. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Loud, late-night disturbances will be fined $1,000 accordingly.
— POOL SAFETY: Community pool and Spa hours are 6am to 10pm, and guests are required to follow these rules and be respectful of the neighborhood. Guests should use the pool at their own risk. Safety guards are not on duty. Those who cannot swim, children, and infants must NOT use the pool. No diving. No Running. Guests are responsible for the safety of ALL guests. That means anyone on the property during the guests’ stay, invited or not. The owner and the property management company are not liable for any incidents with regard to the pool, balcony, and stairs.
— STAIR SAFETY. Balusters on staircases are wide. Some small children may fit through or get an arm, leg or their head stuck between the treads or railings. Please watch your children at all time. Also watch your steps at all time.
— NO Oversized RV / Trailer / U-hall parking: It is prohibited by the homeowner association to park oversized RV and trailer on our driveway and street.

The house was fantastic. The real only downfall with the house was the ice maker wasn't working, but everything else was great. I would suggest that in the description it state that the pool is community and not private.

Tucson Get-Away
Enjoyed our 3 day get-away from our routine and had a chance to relax. Location is centralized with all service close by. Each of us had lost our spouse within the past 2 and half years and this was our first trip together. Spent an afternoon at Mount Lemmon and Summerville - otherwise just bummed around and explored different eating experiences. Loved the property and lots of room to spread out and very well maintained. Wished we booked another day!

Sterile and lacking
The property was ok overall, and it was fine to stay there, but a pretty slim set up with no outdoor furniture, incredibly low to the ground beds, and just a lack of warmness and good vibe. The kitchen was a good set up, but it was a very sterile overall house. The super bright white lights added a terrible degree of discomfort to spending time in the living room. Those lights absolutely need to be changed out to warmer bulbs. It needs a major overhaul and could be a really good rental.

Karen and Tiffany,The property you bought is really quite nice. We appreciate that you sent a plumber out, but the hall toilet raining into your garage really helped you more than us. No points off there. But speaking of plumbing, the master bathroom sinks and shower were little more than a dribble. I suspect mineral deposits in the fixtures were the culprit, but that plumber could have likely provided a fix. Your master shower door handle is hanging on by a thread and may result in breaking the glass. The hall shower diverted would frequently fail and turn off the shower flow. So your bathroom experience was poor.When one travels, things like undergarments and socks look for a drawer, yet no dressers provided. When purchased hanging shelves, but decided to take them with us.We also donated the outdoor plastic furniture we bought. You brag about your outdoor spaces, and rightfully so as that’s why one winter’s in Tucson. But no outdoor furniture? What are you supposed to do, go out and stand. Well a previous renter did just that as I cleaned up their cigarette butts that were disgusting. And that’s bat poop in the corner of the nice patio off your slider. Your cleaning service ought to check outside. I washed the front porch that desperately needed cleaning.We bought, and left you, additional drinking glasses as there wasn’t enough to get through a days were of meals including a shortage of spoons.Walking into an empty front room was a real letdown.

We had an excellent stay at this vacation home! The area was quiet and well maintained. Our home was very clean and well stocked with necessary items. Karen and Tiffany gave us very precise instructions on how to enter the community area and the home. We had no difficulties with anything while we were there.The location of this place made it very easy for us to get around to the various activities we wanted to do. We certainly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the Tucson area.
