Great views, easy access to the beach, fabulous pools. Overall a great condo, the floors could have been cleaned a little better. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was top notch. Great location.

We came out from Colorado to visit my son who is in the Navy. This is our second time coming to Pensacola, but our first time at this building. The place was so clean, and the pool deck is awesome. We stay at Emerald Isle condominium every time we come to Pensacola for vacation. It’s right on the beach and the views from every condo faces the beach and ocean. I can’t say enough about the views! It’s magnificent!! And it’s walking distance to everything. We love this place.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and as described. I saw some reviews that complained about the door key. We had one problem when we first got there and our code did not work to get in but I called the number on the email and within 2 minutes it was fixed. They were very nice and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo with Excellent Views!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. Our only complaint is that we were given incorrect gate codes and door codes, so it was a bit difficult to get in our first day. One of our favorite parts is that this condo is within walking distance to almost every restaurant on Pensacola Beach.

406 was very nice. Beds were comfortable which is a huge plus. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans. Unit was very clean. Limited toilet paper provided for a weeks stay. Problems with the door code access but staff was available to help within a short period of time. Would recommend to a friend and would stay again.

Beautiful beach-themed property right on the beach

Bright, beachy and clean. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms. The views of the beach and Gulf from the huge south-facing windows are amazing! Huge, open, and well-supplied kitchen. The beach is unbelievable--white sand like powder, water crystal clear and warm. You can rent chairs and umbrella for the day. This place is really really nice. I highly recommend it.

Nice Place

The condo was as advertised. We didnt have issues with the codes as other people have in the past. My only comment would be about the beach chairs. They are $50/day to rent on the beach. Some condos include this but this one does not. Would of been nice to have some beach chairs/umbrella in the closet to use for those of us who fly. We bought some and left a few there so hopefully the next family can use them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great overall stay. The condo was bright and very nicely decorated. The beds and furniture were very comfy and the location was fantastic! Great pool/beach view and great little places for food across the street. My only complaint was mold/mildew on both shower curtains and the master toilet wouldn’t stop running. These things didn’t keep us from having a great time and we’d return for sure!

Great place but the noise was ridiculous

Renovations on an above condo were being done for 4 of our 6 days. The jackhammering was so bad my husband called the cops and filed a complaint. It started at around 8 am and ended around 4pm. Everyone could hear it at the pool also. It was ridiculous!

Great Condo- Horrible code situation

Condo is beautiful, just as described in listing. I've stayed in this building many times and this unit was my favorite. I have one complaint, the code situation is ridiculous. We were able to get into the condo after requesting a second code. Which was fine. But as for the building entrance, pool etc. I rate you a zero for ability to navigate your property. My mother felt uncomfortable going anywhere alone because after the third code nothing would work. I relied on others to get us in the building the whole stay. Absolutely unacceptable. I've never had an issue with the codes at this property until this stay. Unfortunately, I will probably choose a different location next time.

Condo review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day of our arrival was the day the blue angels flew. We called weeks ahead of time to ask if we could access the property (NOT the condo... NOT early check in) so that we could park and access the beach to watch the show. We were told no, that the cleaning people would be using our parking spaces (really? 2 parking spaces?) But there was nothing that we could do so we were stuck in traffic with my son trying to hang out the window to try and see the angels. So we get our keys and head to the condo.... to our surprise there was absolutely no where to park on the lot! We couldn't even unload our car. There were cars and people parked everywhere in the condo parking it that did not belong there. This was very upsetting since we had paid to stay there and yet we could not even park on the lot prior to 3pm, but when we got there there was so many people on that lot it was insane. Illegally parked on the curb, under the awning, etc. The condo itself was nice enough and we enjoyed it other than slow elevators and only a sheer curtain in the bedroom (no sleeping late!) but the condo was overall nice and met our needs. It had a nice balcony, nicely furnished and plenty of dishes and cookware.

Condo great; property passcode entry system is terrible

We stayed in mid-September; we had mild weather, lots of shells to collect, and beach service was still available. The condo itself was great -- appeared as presented in this listing. Liked that there was a gas station/convenience store adjacent to the property, as well as some restaurants within walking distance (we ran out of time to try any of these but did go to some in the area). All of the ladies I spoke with from the property management company with this listing were nothing but helpful, apologetic, and gracious. Unfortunately, the passcode entry system at Emerald Isle was RIDICULOUS! It nearly ruined our vacation due to total frustration and is the reason I would never recommend the Emerald Isle to anyone! We had to call nearly every single day for a new code (sometimes multiple times). Often we were at the discretion of a stranger at the condo to let us in (if we didn't have a phone with us to call) and at least once, a guy shook his head no that he wouldn't let my husband in. At one point, we had a code to get into the 1. parking lot (my husband was stuck in the rain with beer and ice at the pedestrian gate while he waited for me to call but he walked in behind a car before I could resolve it) and front door, 2. a code to the pool/beach door, 3. a code from a fellow guest because the first two didn't work, and 4. a code to our condo door (again, the latter of which was by this rental company, not Emerald Isle, and worked correctly the whole time). Too many numbers!

Spectacular views.

We had an amazing time celebrating our birthdays. The place was exceptionally clean. And we enjoyed it once we were able to get in. The wrong code was given to us to enter the condo. And it took some time to hear back as to how to get in…apparently this is a common problem there with codes based on a information from a resident. The condo has everything you needed to make your stay hassle free. Great views of the ocean and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Not what we thought

We considered this overpriced for what we viewed online/overpaid. Upon immediately pulling in the parking area, we encountered fire trucks amassing to address a fire on the fourth floor. The cleanliness lacked and it was evident the room was recently used. Fee was for a king size bed; however, it was a Queen, and the sheets were for a twin / didn’t fit the bed…pillows were inadequate. I suppose we paid for the scenery; they did comp us with a $50.00 VISA Card for the sheets. We will be looking at other places.
