The owner was wonderful to work with - the property was super clean, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Communication was wonderful. The host told me about scaffolding that would be blocking part of the view. I did see that it was now a reduced price because of the obstructed view and I still paid the whole price. But the stay was still great. Everything was very clean. I would stay here again.

Great condo right on the beach. The beach is nice and wide low or high tide. The bedrooms are down the hall from each other for good privacy. The deck is lovely to sit out on. Been to this condo twice and we will likely return again.

Check in was an easy process. The place was nice and clean and has the most beautiful view of the ocean. I spent every morning on the balcony.

Older condos that are in the middle of exterior upgrades. All rooms were comfortable with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Sheets and towels were provided. Condo has wagons so you can conveniently transport belongings onto elevator to your room and also out to the beach (a very short walk over the dunes) Owners also have beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards and sand toys. Owners were very responsive to all communication. Balcony furniture was very dirty/moldy. We were unable to sit on it. Only spices/seasonings provided were salt and pepper.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Everything was just as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved watching the sunrise and drinking coffee on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

This beautiful place was perfect for us. It was so comfortable and clean and the view was amazing! I appreciated the tall chairs on the balcony as I did not have to view the ocean through bars as I usually do! Everything you need is there and we will definitely be staying here again! The beach is nice and wide here. Bedrooms are down the hall from each other which is good. Balcony with table and chairs is mostly shady. Kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. The condo was ocean front, clean, and conveniently located. Elevator was nice to have to bring everything up and pack it away. Clean pool also. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, had card games for when it rained, and even supplied cooking supplies (pots, pans, etc). Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location. Easy access to beach although there was still construction happening on the building. This made for noisy early mornings. Also one of the 2 bedrooms was not clean. Dirty mattress cover, carpet and “funny” smell in the bathroom (possibly from previous renters with small children that were not potty trained). I recommend a deep clean. So bring sheets and a mattress cover. Overall, however, property is well kept.

Bringing our own bedding was a pain but explained in the description. However, while one fan/light remote was out of batteries, no shampoo, no bar soap or liquid soap for shower, no coffee, no hairdryer, and no toiletries at other than tp and hand soap along with slightly annoying construction made it made it a less than very pleasurable stay. Great view and lots of potential, though. Oh well.

Great condo! Comfortable and scenic. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute we had there. The unit is outfitted with anything you could need during your stay. Oceanfront and the view is perfect. Beds and seating are all comfortable. Everything worked and unit was clean. There are buggies next to the elevator to get all your belongings in and out without lugging it all by hand. Overall, a great experience and a place we would look to book for future stays in Ocean Isle.

First off: our host Ashley was wonderful and extremely responsive. Secondly: As a former host, I found it unusual to have to bring my own bedding and towels. We do when we are traveling with our dogs but not generally when we aren’t. No hair dryer made it a bit chilly to go out after a shower and we had to go out and buy shampoo, conditioner and soap bars. The building is old and undergoing renovations which showed a lot of corrosion on support structure. When you are this close to salt water that’s to be expected though and the workers were conscientious and friendly. The access to the beach is quick and it’s a wonderful beach! The condo was quiet and everything worked fine. We’ve stayed in the area 4 times in the last year and love it.

Just wanted to send in a review and say that we stayed here and had a wonderful time. Ashley, the host was very very accommodating with any questions we had during our stay . The condo was well equipped with anything that we needed, and the view was spectacular ! We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather and every morning we woke up early to have coffee watching the sunrise. And the beach was spectacular to walk on also. I did think it was a little strange that you had to bring your own sheets, but not a big deal as we were traveling by a car and not flying there. Just something you should be aware of before you get there! I believe Ashley has it in the description but honestly, I missed it when I first looked at it. But my mistake. End result, I would highly recommend this unit and dealing with Ashley as a host . And we really enjoyed the entire feel of the Ocean Isle area. We stayed there in November and I’m sure it’s different in the summer when everything’s busier but November was beautiful. Thank you Ashley !!! Scott & Linda
