401 E Huron est (3 chambres à coucher ~ 1 salle de bain complète) ~ (6 personnes) C'est (à 3 pâtés de maisons de la rue du centre) où vous trouverez tous les
restaurants, bars «beachy» et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage!

La maison est accessible aux personnes handicapées, de même que la douche. Facile à déplacer avec des rampes intégrées qui peuvent être mises en place sur demande! Profitez de la (v��randa privée projetée), équipée avec des sièges pour beaucoup. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des sièges autour de la table. (baignoire jacuzzi) dans la chambre principale.

On ne peut nier le décor classique de Folly Beach que les propriétaires ont installé chez eux. Venez rester et voir par vous-même! Ce lot est sur un lot complet et il y a une tonne d'espace dans la cour gazonnée pour les enfants à jouer. Il y a aussi un joli foyer avec des sièges et une balançoire pour les enfants!

What a sweet little house only blocks from the beach! It was perfect for the two of us. The screened in porch was a great place to read in the evening. We enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. It is cozy and functional! It’s in a quiet part of the island with plenty of shade and a quick walk to Center Street, Bert’s and all of the fun!

The house needs a deepClean inside and out. There was dust and fur on the fan in the bedroom with the tub. Most of the glass jars with shells need to be cleaned. The outside of the home is in desperate need of pressure washing. The flower beds need cutting and wedding. Random trees growing in the bushes.We did need to call for maintenance due to the water hose on the back not functioning. He was super nice and efficient. Rigged it up for us to use while we werethere. The handle was rusted and did not work.Overall the house was average. Beds sleptGood. Enjoyed the back screen porch. Great location. Plenty of parking.

4th on Folly

The weather wasn't great, they canceled the fireworks show, but we weren't going to let that stop us from having a great time.The beach cottage was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and downtown Folly. Nice screened outdoors seating with a grille. It was too hot to light the fire pit, but there is plenty of seating around the pit.

Amazing property! Lots of space! Great location!

We had an amazing time at the Sunshine House. It was a close walk to town and a few short blocks to the beach. We were also happily surprised that we were near the city park, pickleball, and basketball courts. I highly recommend it!!

For a beach house it would be nice to have basic beach amenity items like towels and beach chairs. Also some furniture in the house should be replaced. Not comfortable sitting in a chair that is clearly broken and sits on 4x4’s.

Cute little place, pics were spot on, was supposed to get a new grill but it didn’t come in in time. Old grill was hard to light Had an issue with the ac (my husband already looked at it) but with both issues, the management gets right back to you quickly and efficiently even on weekends

The cutest house and perfect for our family of 5. Very close to the beach and to a really neat gated playground. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again!

Nice place, easy walk to beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants/shops but also far enough away to not be bothered by the traffic, people, and noise when the area gets busy. Cozy, but has everything needed. Great stay for our family.

Perfect. Accurate to listing. Location was perfect. Far enough from the strip to be quiet but an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Bed were comfortable. AC worked great. Loved the patio and back porch area.

Great location

This house was perfect for our boys. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook at the house. Folly Beach is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Wonderful

We went for a short weekend trip and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was clean and very roomy for us. Best bed I have ever had in a rental , in the master. Would definitely rent again. The only negative were the added fees to rent. Very expensive.

Fun Family Get Away

This was a great spot for our family to vacation in Folly. The house is cute and just a few blocks from the beach. We really enjoyed the screened porch for our morning coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the house and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and Comfortable Cottage

We greatly enjoyed our time in Folly Beach at this beautiful cottage. It's just a few blocks from the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. It's even close to a park that features tennis and pickleball courts and a play area for children. The cottage was well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, and pots & pans. They even provided a poop scooper outside for pet waste. The TV offered many channels to enjoy together with some movie DVDs.

Perfect for us

We loved this home! It is one of the few houses that have no stairs which is great for my mother. We rented a golf cart and that helped with beach access. There is an accessible beach ramp down near 9th. The neighborhood is very quiet yet nice walk to beach and Bert’s. Kitchen was clean and great and the four of us had no issues with the big single bathroom. Love the porch and yard. Our small dog was very comfy as well. This is my favorite place I’ve stayed, thank you!

Great Location, Very Pricey, Could be maintained better

Mixed feelings about this place. Although we enjoyed our stay, I must draw this comparison. The first place we stayed was right on the beach, much larger, more bedrooms, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean...and LESS expensive. This MyOceanRental property was closer to town, which I liked. BUT, it isn't maintained very well. The outside firepit area is covered in biting ants so completely unusable. Back screened in porch is large but chair cushions are so old and filthy, they need to be replaced. All of the rugs in the house were slipping and sliding all over, ready to make me break my neck. The hot tub is plopped in one bedroom, no toilet or sink. The other bathroom's shower wasn't cleaned properly, floor was slimy/slippery. In comparison with other places, this bungalow should be less expensive, and if it was, I wouldn't complain at all. But the what this place charges - MANY hidden fees tacked on to the original price. That being said, their staff is friendly and professional and helpful. I will not be using MyOceanRental again, though we do plan to return to Folly. Response from MyOceanRental: Thank you for your review. We apologize that your experience with this home was not what you expected. Our goal is to make sure our guests have the best experience possible. We are addressing these issues with the owner and hope that we can make this up to you in the future. Outstanding

My daughter and I stayed at Huron for a week and we loved it. Was a two minute walk to the beach and the house was great. Fire place and an enclosed porch to sit outside at night and didn't get bite up by the bugs. Definitely would recommend it for a trip! Great location, awesome vacation!

This house was perfect for our vacation! Super clean, fully stocked with anything we needed and so convenient to the beach, Center St. and downtown Charleston! We also appreciated our dogs were allowed and the large yard for them to enjoy! My Ocean Rental was awesome, extremely responsive and accommodating! The couple of small issues were resolved within hours! Definitely will be back to Folly and utilizing My Ocean Rental! Wonderful time in Folly Island

Wonderful stay! House was perfect and had everything we needed and more! Very clean and completely outfitted.
