Gorgeous 145 year old renovated farmhouse 20 minutes from downtown! The home was renovated by the HGTV show Nashville Flipped.

You will have the upstairs suite with private, separate entrance and its own private balcony. There are two bedrooms and full bath. The bedrooms are adjoining however, so you have to walk through bedroom 1 to get to the second bedroom.

Spring and summer are amazing with hydrangeas, roses and more in bloom on the property. There is no kitchen but there is a coffee maker and small refrigerator for your use. Separate HVAC unit gives you complete control.

We were very disappointed with the security of the suite. There was only a bifold door leading into it. Had we not arrived so late, we probably would’ve went elsewhere. There was an over abundance of stink bugs flying around and in the ceiling light fixtures. My 7 year old grandson cried and wanted to sleep in the car. My husband was dive bombed by the bugs while scrolling on his phone. The bathroom was modern and the exterior quaint but I would never return.

It was a nice clean home there was a few bugs here and there but that’s was fine they kept coming in from the outside, others than the branches that were in the ground no around the property everything else was fine, like 20 min away from the places we went to quiet area and comfortable, great stay

Overall, my friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. We came out for an extended weekend getaway and this was the perfect place for a couple days. The host was very communicative and friendly. We do have a couple suggestions that would have made our stay 5 stars. Some sort of additional seating would be nice.. a small couch or futon maybe? Lighting was also lacking… some floor lamps or table lamps would work wonders! Lastly, there was a lady bug problem in the bathroom. They are harmless and it didn’t cause any issues but they were noticeable.
