This place was amazing as always. The location is perfect and a BIG bonus is that it has its own free parking spot which is huge for that neighborhood Jordan makes the whole process easy and he is always available for any questions. Can’t wait til next year.

This place is perfect, so close to the beach and right on the Hollywood Broadwalk. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We loved our visit here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Don't miss the amazing sunrises from right out the door!

This is a lovely one bedroom place at the beach. It is only one block from the boardwalk and beach. All of the pictures were accurate, and it includes everything you might need. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place with a view of the beach from the porch. Great pool and quiet nights. Just a short walk to great restaurants, and the close proximity to the boardwalk was a great benefit. We will return for another stay!

Excellent host and condo. The pool was lovely and the property was clean. Would recommend anyone who wants to spend time near the beach with a private pool to stay here! Some beautiful views and even saw a navy submarine off the coast!

Tom was a great host and had a great (and clean) property. Check-in was easy and the proximity to the beach was great for my wife and I. It was probably a minute walk, maybe less, to the beach which made it effortless to enjoy our time. The location was great and there were tons of places to walk, eat, grab coffee or a drink within 10 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, and if we’re ever close by again, we would definitely try and stay again. 10/10

The best location, steps from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk! Very clean and nicely decorated. Big comfortable bed and pillows. Free parking at the front door. I made 2 dinners here, had plenty of cook ware and dishes. Pool just steps away. Tom is an excellent host. Definitely recommend this unit for your Hollywood Beach trip !

Very close to the beach, there is a nice boardwalk in front of the beach and the condo is on the quieter side. We spent a lot of time at the pool and it was really windy so the heated pool was great. Hosts were excellent communicators and went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for a nice stay. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exceptionally clean—the cleanest place we’ve stayed in—and very well maintained.The location is outstanding, just a 15-minute drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport. The Broadwalk is literally steps from the front door, and the beach is right there as well, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.The value for the money is excellent, especially considering the cleanliness, convenience, and prime location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The place was clean and very convenient to the beach with good parking. The host was responsive to our concerns but the TV was confusing and there was no cable. We have stayed in many VRBO's and was expecting instructions on how things work. That would be helpful for TV usage.We also expected some basics like soap in the shower; tissues; salt and pepper; and a guide of things to see and places to eat.

We were more than thrilled with the beautiful accommodations, clean amenities, excellent location, wonderful communication with the host, and the available convenience items provided in the condo. We did not want for anything and we could not have asked for anything more. The boardwalk is right across the street and restaurants, bars, and live bands, karaoke, and overall music is a very short walk down the boardwalk. I did not even need a car and next time I will not get one. The pool on the property is awesome and the people are so very friendly. The condo’s parking spot is right in front of the unit and the porch outside of the condo is wonderful with the ocean breeze and the view of the ocean. This condo provides beach towels and beach chairs and loungers in the unit so that we could spend time on the beach without having to worry about getting these items. If you don’t want to walk to the boardwalk events and festivities or if you want to eat out or go somewhere on N. Ocean Dr. then you have Ride Circuit to take you there for 2. Also to note is that N. Ocean Dr. is only a block away and on the other side of N. Ocean Dr. is the intercoastal which is fun to watch the yachts coming and going. You may also get to see SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral from the beach across the street from the condo. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to come back! This beautiful condo and its location and amenities is the place to be! I can’t praise it enough!!! Thank you so much!!!
