Oceanview North is a 3.5-story, 12-room, 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom contemporary Colonial that embodies the essence of Maine living in an upscale, professionally decorated setting.

Whether it's cozying up in Camby chairs, lounging on the couch for a movie night, or socializing at the high-top bistro table, there's a spot for everyone. Open the French doors to seamlessly extend the living space into the 3-season porch, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the professionally landscaped lawns, flower gardens, and shade trees that surround the oversized fenced in ½-acre lot. For added convenience, there's a first-floor bedroom with a king-sized bed, sitting chair, private TV, and a lovely view of the backyard porch and gardens, ideal for guests seeking a quiet night's sleep or those with mobility issues.
Ascending to the second floor, you'll find a 500-square-foot, completely revamped Primary Suite with a king bed, private en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, mini bar, working desk, and sectional couch, offering a luxurious retreat. Three additional bedrooms on this floor (2 with queen beds, 1 with double twin beds convertible into a king upon request) boast ocean views and share a full bathroom.

The third floor boasts an 850-square-foot living space with stunning, unobstructed views of the Atlantic and Long Sands Beach. This level includes a comfortable queen bedroom with ocean views, a daybed for an extra guest, a full bathroom, sectional couch, and a sitting area with a large screen TV, perfect as a self-contained suite for up to 3 guests or as common space.

A charming nautical staircase leads to an open air balcony on the fourth level, granting access to an open-air deck overlooking the Atlantic, where you can savor spectacular 180-degree views of the ocean, sunset, and stars, truly embracing the sweet life by the sea.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- First floor: 1 King bedroom
- Second-floor: 1 King bed made up of two twins, a 500sq ft King master ensuite and 2 Queen bedrooms. The king and two queens share a large hall bathroom. The primary king has it's own en suite.
- Third floor: 1 Queen bed, along with an additional twin day bed.
- Pack n play crib with mattress available upon request.
**Sleeps 13 total guests, no more than 13 guests allowed on property at any time.**

Other amenities include a brand new Blue Drop whole house water filtration system, no need to purchase bottled water for your stay! Game room including air hockey, ping pong table, basketball arcade game, Pac man arcade game, secondary arcade game with bowling, golf, pac man, foosball table, corn hole, plenty of toys for various ages and more. Parking for up to 5 cars, a new gas grill and patio, washer & dryer, mini splits throughout, and linens & towels. Please note, we do not allow bonfires outside or fires using the fire place inside of our home under any circumstance. We do not allow smoking on premises, this includes outside of our home on our property. No more than 13 guests on property at any given time. Cameras are located at the front door ring camera, back overview of property and on the roof deck facing the street as to monitor any events or parties.
