The finished basement has a full-size day bed with a twin-size trundle bed that slides out from under it and can be considered a 6th bedroom. The huge front and back yards are perfect for kids games and the large driveway has a basketball hoop and can accommodate up to 8 cars. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with LL Bean tables and chairs that can seat up to 18 people for meals. There is a second refrigerator in the garage. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys and games are provided. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Please note: The pool fee covers the cost of propane to heat the pool and one professional pool maintenance visit during your stay. During this visit, the pool will be vacuumed, sanitized, the filters will be cleaned, and the water will be balanced to help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable swimming experience.
