Beautiful spot, right at the entrance to Perkins Cove, a block from the Marginal Way, and just a short walk from “downtown” Ogunquit. House was spacious, clean and well-equipped with essentials, and owner was easy to communicate with.

Great property!

We spent a week here with our teens and twentysomething kids and loved the house. It was spacious and comfortable and accommodated all of us comfortably. We loved being so close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood, steps from the gorgeous Marginal Way with magnificent ocean views and only a half mile to the Ogunquit Playhouse, and the Museum of American Art. The house is uncluttered, and correspondingly, clean. No carpeting, yay! Bring your own linens and kitchen staples.

Four kids and the Chowder at Oarweeds

My family drives up from Virginia every year to stay for a time in Ogunquit, and over more than a decade, we can say this is our favorite house. Terrific location, you can walk to everything, and the chowder at Oarweeds is right around the corner. Clean, private, cheery and just right for a family of six. Bravo!

Prime Location In Perkins Cove

Very nice property located in the heart of Perkins Cove. Convenient to restaurants and the Marginal Way. A bit of confusion upon arrival, as key code had not been communicated to us in advance. Our host was attentive and provided access information promptly. Previous guests had made some messes and the cleaning crew did their best to resolve the issue. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Another Great Stay

We have been staying here for 5 years and come back every summer each year because you can't beat the location and size of this house. It's just a short walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. The kids have their own space upstairs with their own bathroom and we have the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The kids are old enough to walk to the Cove themselves and grab a bite to eat or shop. The house is clean and communication with the owner is great. Just a note you do have to bring your own linens, but the washer/dryer makes it easy to pack less.

What a great place to stay!

Location, location, location . . . We spent a week at this perfectly situated home. We loved our stay! The house was a little quirky and also really wonderful. The spiral staircase and loft were fun additions. The vaulted ceilings gave us a feeling of spaciousness and the blue walls reminded us we were by the sea. The galley style kitchen had plenty of room to work in and was well appointed with what we needed. The beds were really comfortable, which isn’t always the experience at a rental. The outdoor space was small, but we were a block and a half from Marginal Way, where we spent a lot of time. The beach was not a very long walk and Perkins cove was a very short walk. The AC was comfortable when needed. The neighborhood was quiet and yet a short walk brought you into the vacation hustle and bustle of Perkins Cove. We’ll be back!

Perfect Stay

This was my family's second stay at the house, and it was just as great as the first. The house is spacious and clean, and the location is perfect for getting to the beach, marginal way, shops and restaurants. It makes it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Family Vacation

Although we have vacationed in Maine for years, this was our first time staying in the heart of Ogunquit. We absolutely loved the location of this rental house. It is incredibly close to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful. It is even better than the photos! The house is clean and bright, and there is plenty of space so that all family members have their own area. We walked to the beach every day and enjoyed Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit at night. The Marginal Way is a brief walk up the street! The property manager is friendly and always quick to respond. I definitely recommend this property!

This is a lovely property. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a lovely secluded tree filled neighborhood. The location is great. It's a few steps from the cove and a bit of a walk to the little beaches. But there is a great beach wagon and chairs for the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home in Ogunquit

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Ogunquit. Easy walking access to Perkins Cove, Ogunquit and all the shops and restaurants. The Marginal Way access is an easy walk through the charming neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We would stay here again without any question.

Well maintained home and property.

Liked the house and layout a lot. Kitchen well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. Loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and easy access to the Cove etc. think the house sleeps 8 comfortably. The owner was really great with response time to answer questions. Not sure I’d count the futons for sleeping. The AC units were a little loud in the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, location and weather!

Ogunquit holds a lot of wonderful family memories for us. We were thrilled to find that this house was available to rent. The house was clean, spacious and very nice. We really enjoyed the fenced off yard and patio for morning coffee and evening grilling. The weather was fabulous the entire time we were there (extremely fortunate), and the slow, relaxing days at the beach were incredible. Ogunquit is the best beach in Maine, by far. It’s more expensive than some of the other towns/beaches, but worth it. We rented linens and towels to avoid having to pack, which was great. It probably could accommodate 10, but I found 8 to be the perfect number for adults/teenagers to be comfortable. My only suggestion would be a more current coffee maker. Otherwise we had all the comforts of home. Candice, the owner, was very responsive throughout the entire process. I would go back ina heartbeat. One of our best summer vacations, without a doubt.

It was the best!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much with our son and daughter in law and our one year old twins. It was the perfect house. There was so much space and nicely furnished. We ate at the cove and had the best lobster rolls at Footbridge lobsters. But the house worked out perfectly for us. We had the best vacation.

Owners spent many happy memories here with their families as children, walking the Marginal Way, eating at restaurants in Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Center, walking the rocky cliffs and building sandcastles on the beach.
