Cette nouvelle coloniale de quatre chambres à coucher se trouve au bord d'une belle fleur sauvage prairie remplie. Il est à l'embouchure de Perkins Cove et un jet de pierre de l'arrêt de tramway qui vous emmène au centre-ville, la plage principale et à proximité York. Promenade sur la route de campagne privée, qui vous mène à la voie à proximité marginale. Suivez le chemin qui court plus d'un mile le long de notre côte rocheuse avec Perkins Cove à une extrémité, la plage de bébé dans le milieu et Ogunquit Village sur l'autre. Tous les magasins, restaurants, bateaux de pêche et de divertissement sont à distance de marche. Ceci est une grande propriété pour les réunions de famille dans une communauté privée juste hors des sentiers battus des battements du cœur de Ogunquit.
Parking pour quatre voitures au maximum. Si plus nécessaire de demander. Quatre grands restaurants de petit déjeuner à distance de marche.

Place de parking pour deux voitures dans l'allée et deux autres près de la maison sur le trottoir.
Il ya beaucoup de bons terrains de golf à proximité.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our whole family enjoyed a relaxing week in Ogunquit, staying in this beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood nestled between the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. The home was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The included bed linens, towels and beach towels were a plus. The backyard was so private with a grapevine arbor over the picnic area and a field beyond. Just perfect!

Wedding in Ogunquit

House was very spacious and clean. Owner was very available for anything we needed. We ended up staying longer than planned and the owner was very gracious about extending our stay.

Great Location

Location is great, very easy access to marginal way, perkins cove and the restaurants in that area. Owners live right behind the house which is convenient should you need anything. We met George, really good guy.

Lovely home away from home

This was our second time staying at the Cooley's house. There is so much we liked about it. The location right off of Shore Road but in a quiet neighborhood is ideal. It is a very clean and spacious house...perfect for a big family. We enjoyed the yard to be able to play outdoor games and the porch to relax on. Linens and towels provided were a huge convenience, as well as the washer and dryer!!. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to use to make our family dinners. George and Lew-Ann were very good at getting back to us with any questions we had and just a pleasure to rent from.

Another great vacation!

This was the second year in a row that we spent a week in this home and we had another great stay! The home is spacious and clean, and the location can't be beat! We loved having coffee and drinks on the front porch, the easy walk to Marginal Way, and close proximity to Perkin's Cove, restaurants, and shops. We hope to be back soon!

Ogunquit with the Family

Was visiting Ogunquit for my first time with my family and it was a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner helped check us in and made sure we were comfortable. The location for us was perfect, a short walk to Marginal way and Perkins Cove made it easy to go see the beauty of Ogunquit. A great experience and very good host. We would do again!

Mother-daughter long weekend celebration

This was a perfect property for our family of 6 women. The house was spacious and having a third bathroom was a big plus. We loved being walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was so easy to be on foot instead of sitting in traffic. We loved our time together in beautiful Ogunquit.

Perfection!

The property is exactly as depicted. The owners were very prompt with communications and responses to everything and made you feel like family. The space lends itself to family gatherings around a large dining room table open to the kitchen. The Adirondack chairs on the porch are a great place to relax, listen to the quiet, view the beautiful sky! The walk to the Marginal way and Perkins Cove is quick and lovely and of course once you get there, breathtaking views. A must stay location if in the area!!!!

Quiet Oasis in a Beautiful Area

Property is on a quiet, private street just off one of three main thoroughfares in town. Short walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. We had the pleasure of meeting the property owners and learned a great deal more about Ogunquit than we learned in our previous five visits.

Ideal Ogunquit Vacation Home

Everything about the Galway property is ideal! Located just outside of Perkins Cove, this home is in close proximity to restaurants, beach, and the Marginal Way. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard offers a view of a coastal field where if you are lucky, as we were, you will get a glimpse of deer hopping across the yard. There is a beautiful grape vine covered pergola where the entire family can enjoy an outside dinner. The home is bright and airy with plenty of room for extended family. The property is very well stocked and extremely clean. George and Lew were very helpful at check in and available for any questions. We loved our stay!

Perfect location and lovely home

The house is almost exactly between Perkins Cove and Downtown Ogunquit, so we were able to get everywhere on foot. The house was spacious, had every amenity you could possibly need, and had a lovely front porch that was perfect to cool off under on a hot day. The pergola and picnic table in the backyard was perfect for family dinners. We even took a yoga class with Lew-Ann (one of the owners) one morning and were lucky enough to spot a family of deer as the sun was rising! We would definitely stay again.

Location is everything

This property was very nice. We all enjoyed our stay at this large, clean comfortable home. Communication with the owner, who lives nearby, was excellent and two very minor issues were solved immediately. ,Loved the front porch for early morning meditations or just hanging out anytime. The picnic table in the yard was perfect for our group of 6 adults and two small children on nights we cooked in, although the indoor dining room table was comfortable for all of us as well. . Only three of the four bedrooms have unit air conditioners and we stayed at probably the hottest week of the summer. Fans on the first floor were adequate but not ideal on 3 of the hottest days we were there. We truly loved where we were located. So nice to be able to walk to Perkins Cove for an early morning stroll on marginal way, or a quick trip in for an ice cream with the kids in the evening. If our plans allow, we hope to stay here again next year.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Our family (group of 8 adults and a 3 and 1 year old) recently stayed at this property and we had a fantastic time! You can't beat the location as it's walking distance to Perkin's Cove, Marginal Way, Ogunquit Center, and Ogunquit Beach, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The home is very clean and spacious - plenty of room for a group to relax and not feel on top of each other. We loved sitting on the front porch throughout the day in the comfy Adirondack chairs - enjoying a coffee or drink! The owners were also very kind and responsive. We will definitely rent again and look forward to going back!

George and Lew-Ann built this home in 2004. They live right there on the property and spend their days sailing, working in the garden and playing with their cats, Nosara and Nicoya.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When looking for the right place for a family reunion or a private home to share with friends, Galway is the best location in town. There is more open land around this house than any rental in Ogunquit. There are two undeveloped lots behind the house and it is on a private road going through an apple orchard.

Behind the house is a shaded picnic area under a covering of fresh concord grapes. Just beyond is a beautiful meadow filled with wild flowers. Three other houses on same property are also enclosed in this private field where the sounds of the busy streets beyond seem far away.

What more you anyone want?

The town trollies stop the corner of the adjacent street. You can walk into Perkins Cove for shopping, dining and boat adventures.

You can walk down town to the many shops and restaurants and you can walk to the Marginal Way and little beaches along the way in just minutes.

There is a golf course, playhouse, sailing, surfing and fishing all close by and Boston, Portsmouth and Portland are all close enough to explore when the time is right.
