Our home is three years old. Two Story Living. Three bedrooms with two full baths. Full Kitchen, living room and den (with futon). Free Wi-Fi. Half a mile walk to the Footbridge, steps away from restaurants, bars and one mile from the center of Ogunquit. Full yard including a park grill, picnic table, a putting green and fire pit. Plentiful parking. Minimum ages for children is 8. Close to everything but a quiet piece of property. A lovely place to relax! Lots of outside activities both on the property and in the area.

Wonderful spot

This house is beautiful and has a great setup for a family. The bunk beds were super fun for our kids! The location is great, even in the off season there is so much to do in the area. The hosts are so lovely and friendly too. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Property

Wonderful place to stay. Close to the beach and great restaurants. This property has a great layout, and everything looks brand new. All the small details that you need are there. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the house! The house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and downtown. We would definitely stay again at this house. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children.

Loved everything about our stay. The house was absolutely perfect for my family. The hosts thought of everything we could need, and were wonderful to rent from. Short walk to Beach, and restaurants. We plan on going back next year!

We keep coming back!

My family and I have been vacationing in Ogunquit for years and for the past 4 summers have been staying here. Jennifer is so friendly and accommodating, the house is very clean, and it’s in a great spot!

Perfect Stay

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location to the beach was a quick 15min walk and everything we needed was provided (beach chairs, cooler, wagon and towels).

Lovely perfect rental house. Large enough for 5-6 but there were just two of us. The home is new, sparkling clean with everything we needed. The owners were super helpful. I would stay here every year

A very beautiful, cozy and clean home!

This home was so nice! It was very clean and had several extra amenities that I am not used to, I.e. extra towels, bedding, soap, etc. The host was very kind and kept checking to be sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this new vacation home and highly recommend it for anyone considering renting. The home is brand new, very clean, and so close to everything in Ogunquit. The owners were so welcoming and helpful as well.. We hope to stay here again… just a great family trip.

Another great week in Ogunquit!

The house and location are great! It’s a short walk to the beach and there is plenty of space in the house for 6 adults. Jennifer is the best - friendly, easy to communicate with and makes the check in and check out easy. We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful house with gracious and enthusiastic hosts

The Kearns have built this house with guests in mind. The new construction is very well equipped for living, cooking and dining. The house is a short and easy walk to both the beach and the center of town but off the main traffic route, making it a quiet place to stay. We heartily recommend staying here and we plan to be back!

Fabulous house in a great location!

We had a wonderful week in Clara's Cottage. Owner Jennifer met us when we arrived and showed us everything, and she gave us lots of great tips about what to do as well. The house was immaculate and so well-appointed. From beach towels and chairs, to paper goods, to abundant bath towels--the owners thought of everything we needed to have a great stay. The house was super comfortable for our family of 5 adults, with ample space to hang out together and cook, BBQ, or just relax. We walked to the beach in under 15 minutes--a great bonus on the busy 4th of July weekend. It's very close to all the restaurants and shops in Ogunquit, too. We hope to come back again!

Cute house, scrupulously clean, thoughtfully renovated

This house is perfect for 6 people. We were a family party of 5 and it was great. It's well laid out and recently renovated with a very nice kitchen, two full bathrooms and extra TV/ living area. The three bedrooms are a good size. The property is large and quiet. Best of all it is walking distance from the gorgeous Footbridge Beach! The hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. Jennifer is a sweetheart. Highly recommend!

Wonderful from booking to checking out!

The hosts Jennifer and Robert were quick to reply to any questions I had before booking. After booking they were just as quick to answer. They met us at the property right on time. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. As Jennifer was giving us a tour when we arrived, I commented that there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. She said we think about what we would want and we do that. How wonderful. It is just off the main road so easy to walk to town but much quieter. Plenty of room to spread out, plenty of towels and dishes. I cannot say enough good about Jennifer and Robert except I felt like family when we left. Thank you so much.

Beautiful/Comfortable Home

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful home that was conveniently located near Footbridge Beach and downtown Ogunquit. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with absolutely everything you may need during your stay. The outdoor space including the picnic table and fire pit area was also nice after a day at the beach. The owners were great to work with and very responsive throughout our stay, highly recommend this property!

Lovely property with special touches

This is a loverly property on a quiet street within close walking distance to the footbridge beach, the surf shop and a few nice restaurants. The house was clean, a nice comfortable size for my family of four and loaded with all of the amenities and special touches you could find. The owner met us at the house, gave us a tour and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended if you are looking for a more spacious, cleaner and well decorated space than a hotel or small bungalow.

Excellent vacation!

The property was beautiful and on a quiet street. The house was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and the bathroom with a large quantity of towels. The outside shower was a favorite for our granddaughters after a day at the beach! Footbridge beach is only a few minutes to walk to, which we did most days. Would definitely stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Ogunquit property. Jennifer met us at the house to show us around and make us feel right at home. The house had everything we could need! We look forward to returning next summer.

Our property has been in the family for over 100 years. Robert and I decided the original house could not be renovated to what we wanted it to be. We built the new house in 2000. It is not handicapped accessible due to the stairs.
