Sleep: Three well-appointed bedrooms with quality bedding provide restful nights after days filled with adventure. The primary suite and guest suite both boast king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private patio access, while the third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom just next door. Additional sleeping options include a queen sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway bed, making this home ideal for larger groups.
Gather & Relax: The light and airy living area is designed for comfort, with plush seating, thoughtful décor, and plenty of space for quality time with loved ones.
Equipped Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, complete with a climate-controlled wine fridge to keep your favorite bottles at the perfect temperature, generous prep space, and all essentials makes cooking at home a pleasure.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay to cover potential incidentals and will be released after checkout.
Quiet Hours: Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood; please observe local quiet hours starting from 10 pm.
Property Note: We charge $25 per person per night for any guests above 6 people (max 8)
Pets: Templeton Creekside Cottage is pet-friendly with approval. $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee, plus guests must agree to the pet policy, max two pets, dogs only.
