Fabulous House and Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in the area for a wedding and chose this rental because it was big enough to house my entire family and then some. We had a lovely stay- the property was gorgeous, the house was beautiful and well maintained. Cannot speak highly enough about the property

Spacious and Tranquil

The house was spacious inside and outside. Lots of areas inside and outside to gather and relax. Each bedroom had extra seating areas for relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Love all the lavender and rosemary, smells fantastic outside. Room for outside games but no grass. No broom or mop for cleaning up any messes! Overall a great relaxing vacation property.

Tranquil Views

We visited this property with friends and our families. Overall, very happy with the property. The property was as described. Clean and plenty of amenities one would expect in a home. Plenty of towels, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and dishes. I love it when you go to a property and it’s meant to be a home and not some money machine. Would definitely go back here. It’s beautiful. The views are gorgeous and the patio area is very enjoyable. Loved it!

Overall great stay. 7 out of 10! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great open space in the living room/kitchen area, made the house very spacious. We were all able to hang out comfortably together. Loved that the house sat on top of a hill, the views were amazing. We also met one of the neighbors dog that came by in the early evening. She was super nice, calm and not at all threatening but would've loved to have been notified from the property manager that she may come visit us. We brought my dog and were a little hesitant about letting him outside as I didn't know if it would've been a friendly encounter as her breed is usually considered a "working dog." (I believe she is a livestock guardian dog/Great Pyrenees) Anyway, we love dogs and loved her short visits. The home was very clean but the yard had a lot of prickly balls that kept sticking on my dogs paws. We encountered a few insects inside the home. (a vineyard beetle on the bed by the pillow (I thought it was a tick and emailed the manager with a photo and they reassured me it was a vineyard beetle which are common this time in the season.) and a few pincher bugs. I understand the house sits on a hill top vineyard but it was just a little creepy. One of the restrooms did not have window covering so we had to hang 2 towels for privacy. The master restroom's toilet also had issues flushing. We had to take the lid off and manually pull the handle for it to flush every single time.

The house was huge and nice. It’s away from everything, which we loved. Came for a wedding - scenery made us want to move there.

Family girl's weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for my family of 9 ladies. Clean, comfortable, roomy. High on a hill with a great view.Neighbors dogs did visit every day, but they were friendly. Only glitch was a leaky shower fixture in master suite. Definitely not a deal breaker. Loved the place.

Spacious comfort for our group retreat

This property stood out as perfect for accommodating our group of 7. Perfect meeting spaces in living room around TV used for presentations (using my own Chromecast), dining table, and kitchen counter. Sleeping arrangements were a sinch as were the bathrooms. Views and nearby countryside were perfect for opening our minds and for riding our bikes (we are all avid cyclists). There is already talk of a return trip!

Very private gateway

The property truly has endless views and privacy. The only problem is that neighbors' friendly dogs are frequently visiting the property. This didn't bother us, however, if you have little kids or someone in your party is afraid of dogs, will create an uncomfortable situation. Otherwise, beautiful and very well-managed property.

Beautiful views in an equally beautiful home

Checkin was incredibly easy and the customer service was very helpful when Waze took us down a weird route. The driveway to the house on top of the hill was lined with cypress trees, which set the first impression. The outside furniture could have been sprayed down, as there were quite a few spiderwebs. The inside of the house was perfect. Very clean, and comfortable. The layout was great for our family. There are two neighbor dogs that greeted us upon arrival that were the icing on the cake. We look forward to booking again!

Spacious house for girls trip!

We arrived and noticed there was a hornets nest right above the front door. The property management company had someone out within the hour. They were very prompt and followed up a few hours later. The property is tucked away in a very quiet location. Every morning we were greeted by the neighbors dogs, which was a nice bonus to our trip. They were the sweetest pups and we all enjoyed their visits. The house is very spacious. There were 8 people in our group and we all enjoyed our first visit to Paso!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had difficulty locating the house because we didn't arrive until after dark. The house is located too far away from downtown Paso Robles and the wineries. The house is beautiful and very accommodating. The queen beds were very small - I would say they are doubles.

Golf / Wine Trip Launching Pad

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Group of 8 guys used this as our launch pad for a weekend wine/golf trip. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking; although definitely time to do an inventory and stat replacing the cookware. The grill worked fine. The space gave us enough breathing room to spread out and relax. The AC worked great - which helped on the days where it was near 100. Overall good house, quiet / isolated location, with all you need for a trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we started with 10, the 4 of us had a wonderful weekend. The beautiful home is up on a hill with amazing views. Because I believe there’s always room for improvement, we did take note of a few things. The kitchen needs more lighting, notwithstanding the fact there were missing light bulbs in the recessed lighting above. The dishes were sufficient for the 4 of us, but wouldn’t have been if there was 10 of us. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned more thoroughly, as we had dust balls falling on the kitchen counter. Other than those few minor things, the house is awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Wonderful place for a family getaway

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family getaway at Uvae vineyards. First, the good:1. Booking was easy and when I had to call for questions, the agents were very friendly and helpful.2. Check-in Instructions are very clear.3. The home is beautiful and had all the necessities for our short stay. Very spacious living area with privacy in the master quarters. 4. Beautiful grounds and we even got some visitors from the neighboring dogs, which was a pleasant surprise for the kids.Now, a few things to be aware of:1. The house was much farther from “town” than I expected. It was about. 30 minute drive out of you need to get groceries or such so plan accordingly.2. We were freaked out by some of the insects, especially some scorpion-looking spiders found in one of the bedrooms. Being in the vineyard, we expected to see some insects, and there were plenty including wasps. To be fair, the bug guy did come up while we were staying, ready to spray but once he realized we were staying there, he said he would come back when it wasn’t occupied. 3. While it’s private for the most part, we did have gardeners, vineyard maintenance (I presume), and the bug guy come up during the two days of our stay. At first we were surprised that there were other cars driving up to the property, but once we realized it was the workers, it was fine. (This is mentioned in the flyer inside the home).Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come back for future stays.

Great vacation rental for a family with a great open kitchen

A little bit more out of town compared to other places we have stayed in the past but definitely the best house with great indoor and outdoor amenities (seating, views, privacy). The place was very clean and everything we needed was available or in good working condition.

On the occasions we do not go out, we enjoy the fully furnished kitchen for cooking gourmet meals. The location is quiet and secluded with a wonderful view. It is convenient to many of the local wineries. We have been fortunate to work with Paso Robles Vacation Rentals each year. They provide pertinent information, excellent service, and make the reservation process easy. We would recommend Uvae and Paso Robles Vacation Rentals.
