Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for a holiday get together. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen pots & pans, dishes and utensils. It has great views and lots of outdoor space for kids to play. Finally it was centrally located between Paso Robles (Sensario lights)and Santa Margarita (Santa Margarita Ranch Christmas Event).

We had an excellent vacation. Our Niece was getting married at the Cass Winery. Our 3 families stayed together in this beautiful, clean location. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and outside spaces were perfect for our family reunion. The scenery is wonderful, it makes you feel like your are viewing Italy with all of the vineyards and open space. Very wonderful experience, we would all love to come back soon.

Lovely experience

The house was clean and spacious as advertised. We loved being able to spend time in the ample outdoor spaces, too! Only hiccup was that the access code didn't work when we arrived, but the property manager was available to help us sort that out over the phone quickly. Thankful for a great experience for this group of 9!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. We had a wonderful stay. We were attending a wedding and reception at a winery just down the hill 3.5 miles. My only criticism would be, the master bedroom closet was locked so there was no place to hang clothes except the shower bar.

Spacious and Tranquil

The house was spacious inside and outside. Lots of areas inside and outside to gather and relax. Each bedroom had extra seating areas for relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Love all the lavender and rosemary, smells fantastic outside. Room for outside games but no grass. No broom or mop for cleaning up any messes! Overall a great relaxing vacation property.

Tranquil Views

We visited this property with friends and our families. Overall, very happy with the property. The property was as described. Clean and plenty of amenities one would expect in a home. Plenty of towels, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and dishes. I love it when you go to a property and it’s meant to be a home and not some money machine. Would definitely go back here. It’s beautiful. The views are gorgeous and the patio area is very enjoyable. Loved it!

Family girl's weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for my family of 9 ladies. Clean, comfortable, roomy. High on a hill with a great view.Neighbors dogs did visit every day, but they were friendly. Only glitch was a leaky shower fixture in master suite. Definitely not a deal breaker. Loved the place.

Spacious comfort for our group retreat

This property stood out as perfect for accommodating our group of 7. Perfect meeting spaces in living room around TV used for presentations (using my own Chromecast), dining table, and kitchen counter. Sleeping arrangements were a sinch as were the bathrooms. Views and nearby countryside were perfect for opening our minds and for riding our bikes (we are all avid cyclists). There is already talk of a return trip!

Very private gateway

The property truly has endless views and privacy. The only problem is that neighbors' friendly dogs are frequently visiting the property. This didn't bother us, however, if you have little kids or someone in your party is afraid of dogs, will create an uncomfortable situation. Otherwise, beautiful and very well-managed property.

Beautiful views in an equally beautiful home

Checkin was incredibly easy and the customer service was very helpful when Waze took us down a weird route. The driveway to the house on top of the hill was lined with cypress trees, which set the first impression. The outside furniture could have been sprayed down, as there were quite a few spiderwebs. The inside of the house was perfect. Very clean, and comfortable. The layout was great for our family. There are two neighbor dogs that greeted us upon arrival that were the icing on the cake. We look forward to booking again!

Spacious house for girls trip!

We arrived and noticed there was a hornets nest right above the front door. The property management company had someone out within the hour. They were very prompt and followed up a few hours later. The property is tucked away in a very quiet location. Every morning we were greeted by the neighbors dogs, which was a nice bonus to our trip. They were the sweetest pups and we all enjoyed their visits. The house is very spacious. There were 8 people in our group and we all enjoyed our first visit to Paso!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

The views were breathtaking and it's an ideal location if you are going to wineries and breweries. The house was nice and well kept. I just wish some of the furniture was updated or well maintained. One of the high table chairs had a nail sticking out, and another high table chair was broken. I also wish the bathrooms were more updated and the outdoor area was better maintained.

Golf / Wine Trip Launching Pad

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Group of 8 guys used this as our launch pad for a weekend wine/golf trip. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking; although definitely time to do an inventory and stat replacing the cookware. The grill worked fine. The space gave us enough breathing room to spread out and relax. The AC worked great - which helped on the days where it was near 100. Overall good house, quiet / isolated location, with all you need for a trip.
