My family and I enjoyed our stay the house was beautiful clean and had everything thing we needed for our stay the view was wonderful we was able to grill out and enjoy it he pool the neighborhood was so peaceful the host has the absolute best Janet respond super fast and was in communication the entire stay making sure we was good and had all we needed I’ve stay in multiple homes with Vrbo and Janet by far was the absolute best host I’ve ever had we traveled with a 5 adults 6 kids and we had more than enough space and we will definitely be booking again

We are usually beachfront renters, but really the drive to the beach was about as long as waiting and taking an elevator. Very close. I was a bit concerned that the pool might be too small for my grandchildren, but it was fine. The kids enjoyed it. All the balconies are wonderful. What isn’t mentioned is there is an ice cream shop right across the parking lot, maybe 25 yards away. We visited it a lot. We had a houseful, but there was plenty of room and we never felt crowded. I really liked the gates in downstairs/outside. It kept my grandchildren corralled. Definitely would recommend this property.

Great home with amazing views! Home was clean and beautiful. The host sends clear communication and instructions. Neighbors were friendly, and it was close to so many things. We rented for a work trip, and it was perfect for our meeting and space for us to work! Will rent again!

Besides the HEAT being excessive (thermostat was set for 71 as the lowest temp in house in August), bedroom closet door off track and tvs (plural) not working, the house was accommodating.

Great location with a beautiful view of the marsh! We enjoyed watching the ducks and the geese each morning from the balconies. The house was clean and well stocked. We would definitely go back!

The location of this property is great. It has beautiful marsh views, the black pearl mini golf is literally steps away, and it is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. If you don’t feel like walking, a golf cart is an excellent way to get around the area. The house itself was amazing, and everything we needed, and hoped it would be. The property manager was very responsive when we had a few questions. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this property highly.
