In addition to the ocean, North Myrtle Beach has several shopping centers and many outdoor activities for visitors to participate in during their stay. The property is a channel home and has a direct ocean view off the back porch. The property has five bed rooms and 3.5 baths. The outdoor space includes a grill and tables.

Great location

The neighborhood is nice and close to the beach. Our family had plenty of room and space with 7 of us. It could be updated and is lacking in kitchen supplies, such as working can opener, hot pads, dish towels to name a few. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on rear deck facing ocean and watching the tides move in and out.

Big house in a perfect spot

The house is older, but clean and spacious. We had three families there for a soccer tournament and it worked out great! Walkto the beach is very manageable and looking over the marsh is very pretty.

Heat seemed odd way to hot in bedrooms but nice in living kitchen area Kitchen updates nice. Bathrooms a ok. Carpet needs replacing and furniture updated especially couches. Plenty of seating. Spacious area. Overall enjoyed our stay. Real pleased the place was clean and not covered in dust

Family Time

The property was in a good location, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The owner was very helpful in the few minor issues that I had. The property does need to be updated and have some safety upgrades in the bathrooms for the older folks. Overall our family had a good time.

Wonderful family vacation

This house was the perfect fit for our family..Was 14 all together and had plenty of room for all of us. Five minutes walk to the beach. Owner was so nice to talk to and actually got to meet her. We would recommend this house to anyone..We are already planning next year's stay

Nice spacious place close to the beach

The beach house was very spacious for the group size we had (enough beds, bathrooms, and parking space). It was a convenient location with the five minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The available cookware and utensils were a bit outdated and the house a was bit under stocked. The owner was responsive to my messages and kind. Overall, a pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Needs updating

Coastal Breeze is a nice house in a very good area. For the price of the house I was very disappointed in the overall condition. While the house has some age on it, it has huge potential as it needs an upgrade. It appears kitchen has been upgraded fairly recently but the remainder of the house is really lacking. Furniture and linens were ancient and pillows had slobber stains on them and wash cloths and towels smelled like an ash tray. Once house gets an upgrade then I would highly recommend.

Family get together

Our 3 sons and their families joined us four four nights. The bedroom layout and proximity to the beach were the reasons we chose this house. Great place for all of us.

Needs major updates - don’t do it.

At first glance, things appeared great. As we got over the initial, “wow, we’re finally on vacation”, it wasn’t what it was represented to be. The refrigerator works when it wants to. When you contact the property owner, they say it’s supposed to be 56 degrees. We lived in coolers for the week. The house needs some updates. The beds are not great at all. Take your own towels, toiletries, trash bags and hand soap. Oh, don’t mind the gigantic bugs crawling around, they don’t bother much. All that aside, I guess It was ok.

Overall nice space . We needed the room this place holds.

We did have a problem with roaches during our stay which was upsetting, though the manager offered to get roach disks for us and admitted they had a recent problem and the place had been professionally sprayed. There were already roach disks there so there was not much we could do. . The other concern was some of the beds were not comfortable in at least 2 of the rooms they creaked terribly and the room with the single bed had no support to them. Tge dishwasher needed updated or fixed as there is a wheel broken on the bottom rack and would be a struggle to get that in and out. Even with these concerns, we had an amazing time and plenty of room for our family. The amenities and space were as expected. Overall we had an amazing week.

Location was good

The location is close to the beach, we walked to the beach. Close to some stores. Having the canal behind the house was fun, we saw minnows and crabs in the canal. Would stay at this home again.
