Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This attractive condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for your group with two large comfortable sofas, and a side chair. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the Smart TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless Internet is also provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 4 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a regular coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is a King size bed to ensure the perfect night's sleep! The guest bedroom features a King size bed as well. The guest bedroom has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with SMART TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your balcony! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Incredible view. Clean. Maybe just a little too much furniture (inn tables and things) made it feel a bit smaller than it really was.I'd stay here again.

The view to the beach was beautiful from the condo.The distance to the beach was perfect. The condo was real nice. I love the furniture, full living room set. Beds were comfortable except the pillows were not. Condo is missing NONSTICK pans and cutting board. The end tables in the restrooms are crowded.

Quick Getaway

It was very nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed the gulf view of sunrise from bed, quick access to beach for walk, and quick acces to bike lane for evening ride. We were lucky and had the pool to ouselves for a late evening swim.

The property was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The view was amazing and the easy access to the beach made it a breeze to enjoy a full day of swimming and tanning at the beach. The only 2 wishes I had was that Netflix was available and the TV in the living room was easier to use. Some might say that tv is not important, but we arrived too late to be at the beach and wanted to enjoy a show on TV. I would love to stay again and will recommend this place to friends and family.

The view was breathtaking, so close to the beach and Padre Ave, easy access walking or driving. The parking is not great….barely enough room to fully open doors. The condo itself was beautiful, clean and cozy! However, it did not even come with your typical Motel 6 Amenities, no coffee, soap or paper towels. The Padlocks situation all over the cabinets and drawers is just an eyesore and takes away from the beauty!! One location to store the things you do not want bothered would suffice or remove them altogether! Both showers do not seal closed leading to water on the floor. There were some extras included and appreciated like towels, beach bags and chairs, but again…some of the chairs locked with a bike chain….tacky. Washer and Dryer were much appreciated! As mentioned in an earlier review…TVs could be easier to operate. A book with expectations and explanations would be so much better than signs taped to wall and fridge and you could include things to do while in town. Again…the condo is beautiful and so comfy. Water pressure nice and warm. Basic Hotel Amenities or a small welcome basket would be nice.

Great condo! Great location, super clean, had everything we could have needed in the kitchen, comfy king size beds, great view and very easy and quick access to the pool and beach! Communication was simple and quick and our late arrival instructions were very clear and accommodating!!! I would highly recommend 305!!!
