Le port de plaisance d'Ilikai est situé entre 2 des plus grands quartiers commerciaux, de restauration et de divertissement de l'île, Waikiki et Ala Moana. Vous avez plusieurs options de restauration dans le bâtiment ainsi avec Chart House, Outback Steakhouse et Red Lobster au rez-de-chaussée. La Chart House est un favori local avec l'une des meilleures heures heureuses de l'île. Les eaux fraîches calmes et rafraîchissantes de la lagune de Duke Kahanamoku ou la plage de l'océan ouvert sont à quelques pas.

Ce condo 1 chambre, situé au 7ème étage, a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances hawaïennes mémorables. Idéalement situé juste en face de la marina, il offre une vue magnifique sur le port de plaisance, Magic Island et l'océan Pacifique bleu. Overall great experience with the exception of our second day, when the water was shut off during the day for 5 hours. This delayed us from getting a shower after a day at the beach while preparing for dinner reservations. NO toilet was critical.

A gem in paradise

This was my first try at a VRBO. It was such a surprising relief to arrive to this beautiful condo. Great location to shopping and food. It was a very short walk to the beach. The balcony view was breathtakingly relaxing. Lots of room for 2-3 people. I would come back. Highly recommend!!

Great location, our room was great! Within walking distance to most of the downtown Waikiki area. Loved having our own little kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every meal.

Jackhammering in the Mornings and Dumpster View

We liked the proximity to the lagoon and other beaches. The condo was clean, had a bed and sofa-bed to accommodate our sleeping needs. Mattresses were horribly uncomfortable and the master bed sloped toward the foot. The "bedroom" had sliding shutters that were the walls and was not a private room. The burners on the right side of the stove wouldn't work. The bathroom sinks filled up and took forever to drain. Finding nearby parking was a chore unless you wanted to pay over $20 per day in the nearby parking garage. And the topper was that we were not given any notice that the building has multiple construction projects going on and jackhammering begins at 7am daily! Not to mention that the view from the balcony directly below is a giant construction dumpster.

Fabulous Time!

This property had wonderful indoor space. It was spacious for our group of 3. Much better than a hotel room. The view of the marina was pretty. The balcony can only fit 2 people which was ok for us. The bedroom could be either opened up or closed off for privacy. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of counter space and lighting in main area. The eating area was open too. The bathroom was comfortable with a great shower. The lagoon and beach are closeby (@10 min walk) as are the shops/eateries at Hilton Hawaiin village. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We enjoyed our stay in your condo and would consider staying again. Thank you.

Not real happy

Cheap coffee maker, cheap toaster,cheap knives (dull). Pots and pans were terrible. No cleaning mops tea towel ext. size of balcony was a joke. We had to buy a real coffee pot because ours didn’t work and we left it there. Your welcome!

Great Marina condo!

We loved our stay at the Ilikai Marina condos! The location was perfect, above the Chart House and with easy access to both the Waikiki hotels/restaurants and the marina for our dive excursions. The unit was cute, clean and, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have an issue with the TV in the unit. There are instructions with pictures of how to use the TV, however the unit has a totally different remote device than shown on it so the instruction sheet is therefore totally useless (also instructing to input "HDM2" to be able to use the remote, however there is only HDM1 input with "no signal"). I sent a few pictures of the issues to the management, so that it is documented. It would be helpful to update the instructions with the devices that are actually available in the unit.

Clean with a great location

We had a lovely stay at this neat little condo. The decor was very nice. It has an open concept, but you can close the shoji doors for privacy. There is a beautiful view of the marina. It has central air conditioning, but it would get warm as the sun hit the windows. Other than that the place was perfect. It was great to have a parking spot. Parking is extra, but worth every dime. We took advantage of the bus system and road buses to town too. We will definitely stay again.

Fab View & Nice Remodel

We pulled up to the Ilikai Hotel, bellman unload our bags, showed my reservation and to my chagrin...he said, "You're at the wrong place, your building is two over." We reloaded the bags and started looking for "our" building. I never knew there was a "Ilikai Marina Condominium." I truly thought I booked at the Ilikai Hotel. I think VRBO needs to do a much better job of demonstrating a distinction between the two. We did find the building and pulled into the parking structure, drove up to the 7th floor and unloaded directly to our condo. Upon entering the condo we said, "Wow!" awesome kitchen, bathroom, living area and view. That eased the pain of not being at the Ilikai Hotel. While the balcony is more of a balcon-ette (good thing we are both slim) the view if the Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor is magnificent...and also the Friday night fireworks. The location is great...Waterfront Chart House on the ground floor and an ABC Store across the street. The beach is just a 5 minute walk, however it is very rocky...better to walk a few minutes more and camp out at the Hilton Hawaiian Village beach. About the condo experience, our hosts were quickly on top of a couple challenges...got to give them props for that. The condo overall is very nice and yet there are a few things that need attention...touch up painting, toilet running and kitchen glassware replacement. Downside...the condo complex has no amenities and there is noise from the street below. We would definitely stay again.
