Cute, quaint and great location!

Miami is home to me and I traveled back to celebrate my grandfather’s 80th birthday with family and needed a place to stay being that most of us no longer live there. I must say location was most important, and in Miami one wrong turn can land you where you don’t want to be. This location was PERFECT, just tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but had plenty of access to the turnpike, restaurants and shopping; also not too far from downtown and the beaches (about 20 minutes). When it comes to the actual property, the footprint was large itself, but the layout was perfect for a vacation and entertainment. I absolutely loved the kitchen and the covered back patio. Also the rooms were really spacious and everything nicely decorated and stocked. Communication and checking in was simple and seamless. We did run in to some issues with tiny water leaks because of the torrential rains, which has since been resolved. Besides that, I would absolutely book this stay again with a small group.
