Ocean Front Nye Beach House! Hot Tub! Dog Friendly!

Let the views and the location of this quintessential beach house in Nye Beach wow you! This charming ocean front home is perfectly located in historic Nye Beach where you can take a short stroll down to the sandy beach at what is known as the Nye Beach Turnaround or just meander through the shops and galleries or feast at the tasty eateries. This home has beautiful ocean views from the living room, dining room, and upstairs bedroom; with windows open you'll enjoy the sound of the waves crashing in the distance.

The main floor has an open floor concept - perfect for mingling while you cook or watch TV together. Comfortably furnished to sleep up to 6 guests, there are three bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom is on the main floor with a comfy Queen bed and access to its own bath. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms. Wake up to the fantastic ocean views from the King bed ~ you may never want to leave! Another bedroom with a Queen bed and a second bathroom is down the hall. The daylight basement has a TV/playroom which is perfect for the kids to hang out and relax, play games, watch movies, or look at the treasures that they found on the beach!

Spend time on the deck watching for whales, reading a good book, or just being mesmerized by the ocean. After a full day of exploration, you can take a dip in the hot tub and watch the horizon turn pink and the sun sink into the ocean. The Nye Beach House is the perfect jumping off point for exploration along the coast or just staying put and enjoying everything that the historic Nye Beach neighborhood has to offer.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Perfect for five adults who want to relax. There were plenty of hang out spaces, thoughtful touches with decor, games, and puzzles etc. The views are spectacular!

This house and view were lovely. The house was older but full of charm. The kitchen was well stocked, so we did a grocery order and never ate out our whole time there. It felt like you were on the beach without leaving the living room. The only bummer was the hot tub was not turned on, so we couldn’t use it until the 2nd night.

Hot tub was suburb and the location exceptional. There was no washer/dryer in the home, which it said was included until you read the fine detail that says “coin laundry”. The carpets could use a professional cleaning but overall it was great. The homeIs older but was cute.

The space was amazing! Photos were incredibly accurate to the place! Beach view, hot tub, were incredible. Please note, the amenities says laundry, however there isn't access to the laundry for you. The downstairs basement couch was phenomenal for family downtime, just would suggest some curtains or shades to block the glare on the tv... Host was communicative which was great. A bit expensive for sure, but that location is to be expected. :-) Loved being able to walk everywhere in Nye Beach and being able to have our pups with us!WE LOVED our stay and could definitely see ourselves staying again. Would be EVEN better if they allowed access to the additional room upstairs and the laundry room in the basement.

We loved everything about the house; the location and view of the beach was awesome; it was so clean and fully stocked; and the local property management team were amazing. In all our years of renting vacation rentals this one by far exceeds all of them. It was the best week ever!

This house is a great find and superb location. Decorated with a nice beach vibe and fully supplied for our needs.. There were some disconnects with the property details, the description on the website, and what the property management company told us, so it created some hiccups but nothing we could not work through. It was listed or represented as a 3 bedroom 2 bath however it has 4 bedrooms and the 2 baths which was a nice surprise but it would have helped to have accurate information in advance to better prepare for packing and avoiding bringing extra items (I had planned to let my daughter and her friend sleep in the 3rd room and I brought items to sleep on either a futon pull out or a couch which wasn't necessary). We had a few mishaps while there and reported to the management company. While it took additional time to resolve and one item never got resolved, in the end, the management company stood behind the property and their commitment to guest satisfaction and made it right after we departed, which made a big difference in our overall experience.A television in every room, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, including some items for kiddos and furry friends (water bowls treats etc..), plenty of games and fabulous views! Easy walk to the beach and the downtown shopping/restaurant areas, so very convenient to get around. The jacuzzi was a nice amenity with views of the beach day or night. Overall, we would go back again for another stay.

Cozy house with an amazing view, great hot tub, super comfortable beds, and quick/easy access to the beach.We stayed four nights for my daughter's 18th birthday and were pleasantly surprised by the location, the coziness of the house, and the amazing view. Would definitely book again if in the area.
