Welcome to my newly renovated, cozy, family-friendly Airbnb in the heart of South Beach! This charming 1BR unit is just a short walk to the sandy shores. Perfect for family vacations or getaways with friends, itâs surrounded by shops, trendy boutiques, restaurants, Walgreens, CVS, banks, currency exchange, and a post officeâ all within walking distance.

Situated just 1.5 blocks from Publix Supermarket, Target, Best Buy, and Ross, and only half a block from Walgreens, a liquor store, and a gas station, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips.
South Beach is the ultimate destination for those seeking fun in the heart of Miami while enjoying the ocean just steps away. Located on Collins Avenue, this apartment places you at the center of the action, offering the quintessential Miami Beach experience.
Indulge in a shopping spree at the countless boutiques, including those along Collins Avenue, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and the upscale Bal Harbour Shops. Unwind with a refreshing drink or a gourmet meal at the many lively bars and restaurants on Ocean Drive.
For adventure seekers, South Beach offers endless opportunities to explore and stay active. From swimming and sunbathing on white sandy beaches to exhilarating water sports like jet skiing, kiteboarding, surfing, and more, there's something for everyone.

Biking: Miami Beach offers bike-friendly infrastructure with designated lanes and rental stations, making it easy to explore on two wheels.
Public Transit: The Miami-Dade Transit system operates bus routes throughout Miami Beach, providing access to various parts of the city and beyond.
Ridesharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Miami Beach, offering convenient transportation options.
Driving: Having a car provides flexibility for exploring nearby attractions or venturing further into Miami and its surrounding areas. Just be aware that traffic and parking can be challenging, especially in popular tourist areas.
†My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals â folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
†Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while youâre away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
†We only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest.
†Please remember to keep your parking remote safe in order to avoid a $50 charge for a replacement.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. If you lose the parking remote, there will be a $50 fee to replace it.
