I agree—the views are absolutely stunning. Regarding the AC issue, please avoid setting the temperature too low, as this can cause the system to freeze and lead to unnecessary repair costs. An AC technician was dispatched to your vacation home within hours of your report, and you were generously compensated for the inconvenience. I believed we had reached an amicable resolution on this matter.

Deb, you’re so thoughtful to even mention the measuring cup! Please don’t worry about it for a second — these things happen, and we’ve got plenty of extras, so no need to mail it back. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. While our under-25 policy is clearly stated in both the listing and the rental contract you signed, we understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter this issue after your arrival. The parking attendants are part of the building’s management team, and unfortunately, their enforcement methods are not something we as hosts can control. That said, we never want our guests to feel uncomfortable or misled, and we’ll be reviewing how we communicate these rules to ensure they’re clearer up front. We also regret that communication felt slow during a stressful time. It was our understanding, based on your call to the office, that your father would be joining you, which would have brought the reservation into compliance with the rental requirements. Our goal is always to provide a welcoming and enjoyable stay, and we take your feedback seriously as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We do want to clarify that the issues raised in this review were related to building policies and rental requirements, not the vacation home itself. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.
