Welcome to Coastal Road - a modern new build home of the 21st century. This is a two-story residence nestled in a prime location near the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches, the Warnerâs Bayou boat ramp with access to the Manatee River, and inviting parks like Robinson Preserve and DeSoto National Memorial.
Beyond its generous size, this home impresses with its exceptional design, modern amenities, and prime location. Whether youâre seeking a pristine beach getaway or a base to explore the local attractions, Coastal Road offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and accessibility.
The space
Experience the best of coastal living with this spacious 3,000 sq. ft. retreat, offering 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Each bedroom offers a personal retreat, boasting ample space for relaxation and privacy for the guests. The master suite is a spacious sanctuary, complete with a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The upstairs laundry room adds a layer of convenience for our guests.

A blender, mixer, rice cooker, waffle maker, dinnerware, silverwares, kitchen linens and food wrap are all available for your convenience.
For all you coffee and tea enthusiasts, there is a coffee and tea bar furnished with an espresso/coffee machine, kettle and all the provisions.
Laundry room is available on-site equipped with large washer, dryer and laundry supplies.
Beach gear, including a beach bag, 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a wagon, is available and ready for your beach day.
Traveling with small children? You can pack lighter because we have Pack n' Play, highchair, and kid's dinnerware.
Other things to notes
For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front, back, and both sides). There are no inside cameras. Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation; they only monitor decibel levels.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL AND LIABILITY WAIVER
SMOKING/ VAPING:
Smoking and vaping are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the house. This includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed in the back yard with the door closed. Cigarette butts must be picked up. Absolutely no drug use anywhere on the premise.
MUSIC & NOISE:
Parties/Events are not allowed. No rowdy or loud music at any time.
QUIET HOURS:
We are located in a residential neighborhood so please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We want to continue to share our property so this is very important.
Guests are responsible for any fines if police are called.
PETS: Prior approval is required. We allow up to 2 dogs, $250 per stay.
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after ($250 additional charge if violated)
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on furniture, bedding, or inside the pool and spa.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check in is after 4pm. Check out is 10:00am. Guests with unauthorized late check out will be charged $50 per 30-minute increment after 10:00am, plus additional charge if it results in canceling of incoming guests.
USE OF PROPERTY:
Keep the property, appliances, and all furnishings in good order. Guests may not make any changes to the property and must put furnishings back to its original placement if moved.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:
We take reservations only from adult guests age 21 and older. The Guest who reserves the property must be on site the full duration of your stay.
PARKING:
Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Parking on the road is not permitted. Illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
HOT TUB:
No glass product whatsoever in or around the hot tub. We make every attempt to keep the hot tub as clean as possible, but it is not unusual to find unexpected debris or some mineral stains in it because itâs located outdoor.
GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HOT TUB IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS, AND GUEST HEREBY ACCEPTS ALL RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH FROM THE USE OF IT AND SHALL HOLD PROPERTY OWNERS HARMLESS FROM ANY SUCH INJURY OR DEATH.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service.
GARBAGE:
Garbage is collected Monday and Thursday (except for holidays). Recycling is collected on Monday.
GAS GRILL and FIRE PIT:
Grill and propane tank are provided, please refill propane at local Publix or Shell gas station (right around the corner) as needed. Please empty grease drip tray, turn off the gas valve securely after each use.
LIABILITY/RISK:
The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. The Owners are also not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur off the premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, such as beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, and beach wagons. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising, including death, from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
Our goal is to provide 100% satisfactory customer service to our guests. When booking with us, we will communicate with you primarily through the messaging method within the booking site. Additionally, there will be a secured URL provided, where we will ask for your contact information, which gives us permission to contact you (only) as needed, and a simple one-click to sign the renter agreement.
