Great house, large enough for an extended family getaway. Kitchen was very well stocked. Large warm pool with basketball nets surrounded by a very large covered lanai was the perfect family gathering spot. Quick drive to several beaches, Coquina was our favorite. Several local seafood markets to pick up fresh shrimp and fish. We could have stayed much longer, it was so fun!! Highly recommend!!

The property had large spaces (outdoor, dining table, living room) to accommodate our group and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking pots and utensils. An extra frig in the garage was an added bonus! Beach and pool supplies and bikes were also very nice! The backyard pool and other areas were great fun! Our complaints were that the main room sofa and two of the bedrooms were full of dog hair. I understand, the dog we brought sheds also, but we brought a crate for him to sleep in. Also, two of the beds had only a top sheet - nothing fitted to cover the mattress pads which were not very clean - although we did find sheets to use in some closets. The shower in the main bathroom leaked onto the floor every time. The towels were plentiful and good quality and the decor of the house was interesting. Our family had a great stay!

Perfect Vacation Rental

We recently stayed at this property and it fit our needs perfectly. The space and the layout was great for our group. The property was very clean and the pool was so nice after a day of sightseeing and the beach. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Super clean and roomy home, great ocean vibe and poolside enclosure. Provided pool toys and beach items if you stay for a while to enjoy. Plenty of Rooms and beds for large quantity of guests and families

Beautiful Property in Convenient Location

This stay was all-around 5 stars. The 5/3 was perfect for our family of 8. The screened in pool area was perfect for relaxing at the house while enjoying the beautiful weather. The location was convenient to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing place. We especially loved all the shade around the pool. Layout was great with the Master Suite on one side and the other bedrooms on the other. Kids (and adults) lived the Foosball!

Great place to relax

The outside seating area around the pool was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us with 5 bedrooms to spread out and not be on top of each other. Would consider renting again for sure.

This home had everything we needed and was super clean. The huge lanai and beautiful pool made it easy to be outdoors all day. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and helpful. 15 min drive to the beach. Overall, everything was very easy, which was exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway!

Felt like home

This house was perfect for our family!!! It felt like home in that was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need..inside and outside of the home. Plenty of room for our family to spread out, it was VERY clean, close to beaches and other fun activities. Would absolutely recommend!

Very happy with Montauks Point

As soon as we walked in we knew we had picked the perfect place for our large family. The house was spacious, had a great layout and was very clean! We loved the large screened in pool area and appreciated the ceiling fans out there. Good location, short ride to beach. Property manager was great and super nice!
