Welcome to our stylish retreat—perfect for family vacations and group getaways. Enjoy a beautiful pool view, gourmet kitchen, spa, game room, and outdoor BBQ area designed for relaxation and entertaining. Please read the full description below for all details.

Our home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, wine fridge, and a spacious layout ideal for cooking and gathering. Large windows provide a beautiful view of the pool and outdoor living space.

Step outside to the BBQ area, complete with an outdoor refrigerator and comfortable seating—perfect for evening meals, sunset gatherings, and relaxing by the pool.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious Tempur-Pedic king-size bed and a spacious custom walk-in closet for added comfort during your stay.

Enjoy the heated pool and spa while taking in stunning sunsets. Whether you`re swimming, lounging, or dining outdoors, the backyard is designed to create memorable moments.

Stay active with the available treadmill and Peloton bike, or unwind in the game room featuring a pool table and additional family lounge area. The home also includes a dedicated workspace for guests who may need to work remotely.

For added safety, exterior security cameras monitor the outside areas of the property.

Was in the area for a golf trip with buddies. The house was perfect for us. Enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Great family room with big screen to relax and watch football. Location was close to golf courses, airport, and local retail/restaurants.

This home is stunning!

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was great to work with and prompt to communicate. The kitchen is amazing! Beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Master suite and all bedrooms well appointed. Beds super comfy! Location is centrally located to many beaches and entertainment spots.

Beautiful House

This was our first family vacation with kids and grandkids (2 yr old and 1 yr old) Came to see Orioles spring training and visit some beaches. Perfect location- close to everything. Very nice neighborhood. Loved the pool and spa. Nice big house with lots of space and great kitchen.

The house is very spacious and the heated pool and hot tub was great! We also loved the game room with the pool table. The host was extremely responsive and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay.

Charming Home

This was the perfect home for a larger family or friends to rent. the pool and hot tub were great. The game room was so fun for the kids. The kitchen is amazing....

The property is spectacular, spacious, has everything you need. The owner was very communicative and was very thorough with instructions about the do’s and dont’s of the home. It’s a great place for large families or in my case, soccer families. Thank you Oscar, I’ll be back for sure!

Family Vacay!

We had an excellent time at this property. Had plenty of space for two families with kids. We absolutely loved the pool space and the amount of space at the property in general. The hosts were very responsive and responded quickly to our questions. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing location and property

Five couples went down to watch their sons at an event in Sarasota for a long weekend. The house and property were more than expected Open floor plan was perfect for all of us to hang together, It was everything we were hoping for and more Great communication with the Owner, Quick and prompt replies, Very open to any questions we had which were remedied as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area

Florida Getaway

It was a beautiful house with a close drive to everything located just outside of all the traffic and noise. Perfect for a big group of friends or family with plenty of space. He was very friendly helpful to answer any questions before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this place we loved it! 100/10 Will be booking again in the future!

The house was amazing the pool and spa or both perfect my only complaint was the smoker not working was really excited to use it. The game room could definitely use some new pool sticks there were no tips besides that everything else was perfect.

Property is well maintained and the hosts do a thorough job. Of course things happen and when it did Oscar was available over the phone to help us sort it out. Our whole family - parents, grown kids and grandchildren all enjoyed the stay.

House was perfect for our stay

We had a great time at the house. Location was perfect for us to get around easily. Oscar was great with communication on any questions or concerns. Nice quiet neighborhood. Had a group of old friends together and the house accommodated us eating and hanging out together in one group of six staying there and one friend who lives in the area.

Great Location

5 of us stayed here for a golf trip. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to University and Lockwood. 15 minutes from the airport. House is nicely furnished with a great pool area. Spacious accommodations with lots of amenities. Oscar responded very quickly to the few questions we had. Will likely rent again next year!

A gorgeous home for a perfect stay!

This home is beautiful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy Sarasota! An amazing, very well stocked kitchen, a great dining room, a very large beautiful living room, an exercise room and a huge game room our grandchildren had so much fun in. 5 big bedrooms to sleep well in, and a gorgeous pool and spa in the backyard with A big outdoor kitchen! My family said this was one of their best vacations! The owner was very easy to communicate with! A Five Star Stay!!

Good times

3 generations of family celebrated a graduation and New Years. Enjoyed our time together immensely. Beautiful home. There are no TV’s upstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. The pool area is very appealing and relaxing. The owners were very responsive. We had a great time.

Overall property worked for our family. A few items were not working, outside fridge and smoker. Needed to get grill to work by removing drip screens that need to be replaced. Host was responsive when checking in with questions and working through a few items.

Great for families

This house is huge and can comfortably accommodate 12. But, it is not stocked for large groups. We were a group of 8 - 6 adults and 2 children - and stayed for 4 nights. The dining room table seats 8 and there are no additional chairs The house had a total of 10 bath towels, 3 salad plates and 8 - 12 each of knives, forks and spoons. We were constantly washing towels and cutlery. The place is great for families but I would recommend bringing paper plates and plastic folks.

During your stay, your direct feedback to me was always positive. For future guests, please note that our kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate large groups. The dining table seats 8, and there are 5 additional leather chairs at the 10-foot by 6-foot island. We also provide a high chair for small children. Additionally, the outdoor table seats 6, offering ample seating options for everyone.

Family Wedding

Attended a family wedding with my wife and our four children and their spouses. The five-bedroom (all with closets) and 3.5 bath home was perfect and the large kitchen was fully stocked. Pool area was nice place to hang out during some down time. Host responded promptly with the few questions we had. Only negative thing regarding this house stay was the place is tidy but not clean. It needs a good thorough cleaning throughout, including couch and outdoor cushions. Would recommend and stay at property in future if in area.
