During certain times of the year you will have a front row seat to the boat parade during the City’s Fireworks celebrations over the water, right from your own balcony!
Here you will have the best of both worlds during Oaklawn Gaming and Casino’s world class Thoroughbred Horse Racing Season. Close enough to get there easily, but far enough away to find a peaceful haven from the crowd.
There are a lot of things to do nearby- city award winning José’s Mexican restaurant, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pizza, a new music venue/bar-Hawg’s and Billiards all within a mile. Putt Putt golf also very close by.
In the summer you’ll find boat and jet ski rentals just across the bridge. Also close to shopping and several really great antique stores and flea markets.
There is a tv in the living room and the master bedroom for streaming, and the twin bedroom offers a dvd player. We do supply a selection of dvds for your visit in case you’d like to use that dvd player. offers keyless entry and non contact checkin and out. You will receive gate code, entry code and wi-fi password before you check in.

** Our pricing is a little higher on the special weekends when we hold our City Fireworks Display. There are a lot of fireworks to see across your view of our fair city and You will have the best seat in town to watch it all from the comfort of your own Balcony! No traffic, no crowds! One of the great perks of this property!
