The Space:
First Floor
• Kitchen: Fully equipped for home-made meals and dining
• Living Room: Relax in the spacious living room, featuring a large Smart TV with Netflix access, an electric fireplace, and water views.
• Full Bathroom: Includes a refreshing shower for a quick rinse after a day at the beach.

Second Floor
• Bedroom 1: Spacious room featuring a comfortable Queen bed and sweeping water views
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and water views
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
• Bathroom: Full bathroom

Outdoor Space
• Backyard: Settle into Adirondack chairs in the tranquil backyard, where you can feel the gentle breezes off the water and listen to the calming sounds of nature.
• Front Deck: Enjoy your meals al fresco at the dining table while watching boats glide by, creating a truly idyllic setting for outdoor dining.
• Parking: Convenient parking for up to two vehicles, with additional street parking available.

Please note that early check-in may not always be available due to same-day turnovers, and an additional fee for expedited cleaning services may apply. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help make your stay as seamless as possible.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement.

The Neighborhood:
Seabright Beach is essentially our front yard—a peaceful spot to soak up the sun and watch boats drift in and out of the harbor. Jennings Beach, just a 9-minute drive away, offers a wide, sandy shoreline along the Long Island Sound, complete with a seasonal lifeguard, snack bar, showers, and restrooms. A 15-minute walk brings you to St. Mary’s Promenade, a scenic seaside path with park benches and a small beach. Fairfield University is just 3 miles away, while Sacred Heart University is only 6 miles from home. Enjoy concerts, festivals, and community events at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater. Whether you spend your days lounging on the sand, exploring local shops and restaurants, or unwinding in the private backyard, this location offers the perfect mix of coastal relaxation and convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy is immediately in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
