Villa Linda is a fabulous and well-presented villa set in a quiet area of Peyia village.

When entering this attractive villa, you step into a cosy lounge with an abundance of comfortable and stylish furniture including a large TV offering all English channels and WIFI. This villa is decorated to a high standard and offers a homely feel.

The dining area and well-equipped kitchen flow on from the living room and have patio doors leading to the beautiful and private garden with a snug area for morning coffee and a dedicated dining area for alfresco dining. The villa boasts a large swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ. The size of the pool at this villa is 8mx4m. There is plenty of room for sun-bathing or simply relaxing in this chilled and comfortable space with a good book and a glass of wine.

The villa has 3 large bedrooms, one ground floor twin, one double bedroom also ground floor with direct access to the pool area. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. The third bedroom, also a double on the top floor, has a private bathroom and it’s own reception area with drinks fridge, coffee machine and a egg chair. Perfect for reading or simply relaxing overlooking the pool. All rooms are cool and airy and offer ceiling fans and air con.

This villa is well suited to a family and is equipped with a portable travel cot and PlayStation games console.

There is also a gated drive way which offers off-road parking and added security for children.

The beautiful Peyia Village centre which is around 25-minute walk away, offers a great selection of traditional restaurants, cocktail bars and supermarket to cater for all your needs. The stunning Blue Flag beaches of Coral Bay and Corallia are only a 10-minute drive away.

The location also offers a fabulous base for exploring the area in this part of Cyprus. Access to the Akamas National Park is a short distance away, where you can find the stunning Laura Turtle Beach, and the beautiful Latchi Harbour offering daily boat trips to the Blue Lagoon is within half an hour’s drive. This is the perfect location to explore the area or simply relax and unwind.

Please Note: The hot tub is an additional charge of 110 euros a week which is to be paid at the property when you arrive to your local agent. 72- hours’ notice is required. The pool can be heated at an additional charge of 150 euros per week.
