A welcoming exterior leads to an open-concept layout with a full chef’s dream kitchen, dining and comfortable lounge area with gas fireplace. Step outside into a private oasis backyard with outdoor TV, grill, fridge, hot tub, dining, gas firepit as well as cornhole and jenga to enjoy playing together.

Upstairs find a large primary retreat bedroom with two additional bedrooms, laundry room and game room with a pool table.

3 Bedrooms: 1. Primary (King), 2. Guest (Queen), 3. Guest/Study with work desk (Pull-out sofa Queen). Sofa downstairs also has a pull-out queen.

4 Bathrooms (2 Full / 2 Half): One full bathroom in primary; one full Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Guest rooms; two half bathrooms. The half bathrooms are right outside one guest room upstairs and the other one is downstairs.

1st Floor:
- Two car garage and private driveway

- Second guest bedroom with queen size bed; no TV
- Third guest/study bedroom with pull-out luxury bed couch as well as desk for working away from the office. This room has a TV.
- The second and third bedroom share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom

* TVs
All 5 of our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Paramount, Prime Video, etc. and have live streaming of channels.

* Surround Sound Music
SONOS system throughout house with surround sound system in Primary bedroom and Living room for amazing movie or game watching experience.

* Towels
We offer plenty of towels for your use but feel free to bring your own towels for the hot tub.

* Outdoor Firepit
Our outdoor firepit is gas operated. Please only use this if familiar with how to use it properly. You operate it at your own risk. Please do not leave it unattended at any time. * Cameras. For safety/security and part of the home alarm system, there are four external cameras that monitor the front, backyard and side entry. There are no internal cameras.
* No Large Gatherings / Parties
We hope you use and love our personal home but only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. This is our home with wonderful neighbors so we do not allow any guests other than those that are registered/approved. We welcome families and small groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful oasis backyard, the amenities the home has to offer, and the wonderful Heights area.
