Welcome to StayCozy Pool House, a private and comfortable home in the heart of the Galleria area. Enjoy a heated spa, open living spaces, and a comfortable single-story interior. Whether visiting Houston for work, family, or leisure, the home offers a quiet and relaxing place to return to each day. StayCozy is a locally owned, family-operated Houston host, and our homes are also listed on Joe’s House.

**Interior Features:**
- **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** The house boasts four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom features two queen-sized beds, with TVs provided in the bedrooms.
- **Kitchen & Dining:** Our fully equipped kitchen includes a Breville toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, KitchenAid oven, and microwave. The dining area features a spacious 12-seat dining table, perfect for family gatherings during your stay.
- **Living Area:** Relax in the stylish living room with comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a welcoming atmosphere.

**Outdoor Amenities:**
- **Pool & Seating:** Enjoy our private pool and spa, and the comfortable outdoor seating area, which includes a six-seat dining table and an outdoor sofa.
- **Grill:** Griddle Grill is provided. Please do a basic clean after each use.

Good to Know
The interior is on one level, with three steps at the front entrance and two steps at the backyard deck.

Both the pool and spa can be heated, but only one at a time. The spa warms more quickly, while heating the entire pool takes considerably longer. Please contact us before arrival to confirm heating arrangements.

Music at a considerate volume is welcome outdoors. Please respect our neighbors and turn off outdoor music during quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.

Five exterior cameras record video and audio 24/7: four at the corners of the house and one facing the pool. Routine pool maintenance may take place during your stay, with staff entering through the backyard gate.

Houston Climate & Pest Control
Our home and the surrounding neighborhood are over 70 years old. Houston’s warm, humid climate can bring occasional insects indoors, including roaches and mosquitoes, even with regular professional pest-control service. We regularly arrange visits from a professional pest-control company. Please keep exterior doors and windows closed and store food properly to help minimize this.

Refunds are not provided solely for occasional insect sightings typical of the local environment, subject to the applicable booking platform’s policies. If you notice a pest concern, please contact us promptly so we can arrange assistance or additional treatment.

Welcome! We want you to feel at home, relax, and enjoy your stay. Thank you for helping us care for the house and keep the neighborhood peaceful.

Guests & Gatherings
• Meals and time together with your registered group are welcome. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please check with us before inviting additional visitors.
• Commercial photography or filming requires advance approval.
• Please avoid glitter and confetti, as they are difficult to clean indoors and outdoors.

Outdoor Music & Quiet Hours
• You’re welcome to enjoy music by the pool or on the patio at a considerate volume. Please avoid loud bass, shouting, or sound that carries into neighboring homes.
• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. During these hours, please turn off outdoor music and keep conversations low.
• If a neighbor raises a noise concern, we’ll ask you to lower the volume or bring the activity indoors.

Pool & Spa
• Children must have adult supervision at all times around the pool and spa.
• Please do not dive or run on wet surfaces. Keep glass away from the pool area and food and drinks out of the water.
• The pool and spa can only be heated one at a time. The spa warms more quickly; heating the entire pool takes considerably longer. Please contact us for help with heating arrangements.
• Follow the provided operating instructions and turn off spa heating after use.
• Please leave the equipment control box and mosquito misting system to our maintenance team. If anything isn’t working as expected, let us know.
• Routine pool maintenance may take place during your stay. Our team accesses the backyard through the side gate and remains in the outdoor area.

Furniture & Care
• Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy the living spaces. We recommend enjoying meals at the dining table to help keep the furniture and rugs fresh for everyone.
• If you’d like to have snacks or drinks on the sofa, we’re happy to provide a washable cover upon request.
• Accidents happen! If something spills or breaks, please let us know promptly so we can help. Please avoid applying cleaning products to upholstery or rugs yourself.
• Shoes are welcome indoors, although removing them helps keep the home clean and comfortable.

Smoking & Pets
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Pets are not permitted.

Parking
• Parking is limited to five vehicles. Please use designated parking areas and avoid blocking neighboring driveways.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and must be approved in advance.
• For late check-out, please contact us by 9 PM the evening before departure. Optional late check-out is $200 until 1 PM or $400 until 3 PM, subject to availability.

Trash & Departure
• Please place trash in the outdoor bins, turn off lights and spa heating, and lock exterior doors when leaving.
• Trash pickup is normally Monday morning. On Sunday evening, please roll the black bin to the curb directly in front of the FRONT DOOR—not on the garage side, as city crews may miss bins placed there.
• Recycling is collected every other week. We’ll send a reminder when the recycling bin should also be placed in the same collection spot in front of the front door.

Exterior Security Cameras

• Please leave the cameras uncovered and connected.
