Enjoy a comfy private suite with thoughtful amenities. You will enjoy your own carport and driveway big enough for trucks & trailers. Sit back and relax with your favorite drink on the patio, or let your furry best friend run around in the large yard equipped with a dog run for their use.

In the mood for smores, enjoy a bonfire with several yard chairs for you and your guest. (bring your own firewood/fire starter).

This tucked away suite is conveniently located less than 7 miles from downtown to attend events in the city or conferences. The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is only 7.4 miles away. Lookout Valley Pet Hospital is 1.6 miles away. Parkridge Medical Center is 9.5 miles away. A vast amount of popular tourist attractions such as Ruby Falls, Bluff View Art District, Racoon Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Bessie Smith Cultural Center, Chattanooga Duck Boat tours, and its revitalized riverfront are all only 3-7miles away.
Lookout Valley, Chattanooga is a hidden gem in a safe and secure neighborhood. It's a quiet and safe place for those passing through for a night or needing a longer stay that will meet all your personal needs for business, school, or adventure.
The choices are limitless here in Chattanooga! This retreat offers a pet friendly stay for a flat rate, free Wi-Fi, Central AC, safety security cameras with sound recording outside only, new patio, fire pit, and guest & pet amenities.

Please be kind and inform your host of the number of guests and pets that will accompany you. For full transparency and no hidden charges, a small/med dog is allowed for a one-time flat fee of $50.00 and two small/med dogs for $65.00 dollars. Please send a request if you have more than one dog for prior approval. Also, contact host if pet is larger than 55lb’s for approval.

It was a very simple but cozy place to stay. We had all the necessities to cook our own food along with any other things for a good stay. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed when something came up.

It's a little misleading with the two different pictures of the same bed and the backyard is NOT fenced in. Also the neighbors loud aggressive dog that's always outside was quite a surprise. So was being able to hear the owners dog inside crying in it's cage. The bed was very comfortable tho.

The place was so cute and cozy. Perfect for a couple getting a way. They thought of everything. If you forgot q-tips, toothbrush, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee!! It was decorated so cute. I give it a 5 star rating. It was perfect. Had a fire pit outside if you wanted to have a fire. Just perfect.

This is the perfect place for 2 people and it is definitely pet friendly. My husband and I stayed 2 nights with our chihuahua baby and I wish we could have stayed a few more days. It's very clean and is in a nice location. We really enjoyed Ruby Falls & Rock City which are just a few miles away about a 15 min.drive. The host is amazing!!! She has excellent communication and is extremely helpful. Yayla goes above and beyond. She has the place so nicely supplied with so many extras from coffee, tea, cider, candy, & water to q tips, make-up wipes, toothbrushes, & toothpaste, etc pretty much anything you can think of to make you feel at home and welcome. Also, she has so many extras for your pet like dog bowls, treats, toys, cage, blanket. She has really thought of everything & more to make you feel at home in her beautifully well kept place. The bed is very comfortable and the comforter is very cozy. The bathroom towels are very nice as well. I highly recommend this suite and the most incredible host that you can imagine. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed. Yayla goes above and beyond! I would love to stay here again.

The suite was exactly as posted. It was small but very clean and fit all of our needs as well as our pooch. Management was very accomodating in some parking issues we werent expecting because we had a boat trailer but everything was addressed very quickly and the owner made it work for us. I would definitely recommend the suite!

This was a great experience! Very clean with every little detail well thought out. The room size was perfect. I appreciated the print out of local attractions and restaurants with directions included! The host was extremely friendly and responsive. This was our first time to Chattanooga and our first trip with our dog. Loved that this was dog friendly with a large yard and place to grill out! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This suite was perfect for my daughter and myself. Everything we needed was right there! The space was so nice-very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom. We spent the evening sitting on the deck watching the fireflies!

When I first discovered this space, I immediately saw its potential to offer guests a cozy and welcoming retreat after a day of exploring. I enjoy creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere where travelers can relax and feel at home. Hosting here also allows me to share my love for Chattanooga with others—it’s such a dynamic city with so much to offer!
