Upstairs, a cozy loft welcomes you with a couch, twin bunk beds, and bar seating that overlooks the living area and breathtaking mountain scenery. This inviting space is perfect for unwinding, complete with plenty of board games for entertainment. - NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for violations.
- NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted in the house.
- DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for replacements.
- LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Local guests must contact the host before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without the possibility of a refund.
- Kayaks shown in photo are not available for guest use and will be locked.

Early check-ins must be pre-approved in writing by management. Please note, editing your check-in time on Airbnb won’t change the standard 4 PM check-in.

Refund Policy: For eligible refunds, a small 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
