While we await fiber internet to be installed in our area, we can offer Verizon internet, speeds from 25-50mbps, which will allow for everyday internet usage. Gaming and streaming on multiple devices may find that it can lag. We have whole house excellent cable, dish network, with the additional sports package! Something for everyone. :)

Surveillance or recording devices on property -We have one exterior camera by the front door facing the driveway. We also use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This is to ensure our HOA's noise ordinances (9pm-7am) are adhered to and we can remain as a short term rental.

Rental agreement and $300 security deposit (hold) will be sent to your email, upon booking. These are required to be completed within 7 days of booking.

-We provide a starter set of supplies for each guests stay (1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, all hand soaps, dish soap, 2-3 dishwasher pods, 2-3 laundry soap pods, trash bags). Please BYO toiletries. All linens are provided with your stay, we even have spa towels for your use.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, minus our $150 cancellation fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
