Perfect for groups of workers in town and for families relocating or undergoing home repairs/renovations, the property is a beautiful, quiet and spacious retreat you can call home for the amount of time you need.
The Sherwood StayAwhile has modern furnishings, covered front porch lake views and a fully fenced backyard, making this Topeka property an incredible option for temporary housing. Corporate relocation or human resource specialists may reach out on behalf of others, and we offer lease extensions with a 30-day notice.

The Lake Sherwood neighborhood is everything one could hope for as far as temporary housing. It's tucked away and quiet, it has great views, and it is also a 5-minute drive to anything you need.

This property is a gem, and I'm so happy to offer it up for temporary housing. The house underwent an extensive renovation -- including 1,400 added square feet of living space -- and the outdoor space is spectacular with front-porch lake views and a big, fenced backyard.
